Went through the drive thru and did not receive all of our food so we drove around the building and back to the window and the kept saying that we got all of our order. We did not and my combo looked pitiful. So we decided to just leave . They even got the chicken sandwich wrong it was supposed to be original not spicy also we ordered 2 not one. There should have been more fries and the burger looks like it was slapped together.

First time I came through the drive-thru they managed to mess up an order of a biggie bag with a large fry and a No. 8 with baconator fries.
Went back in to get the fries that they forgot and saw one person in the kitchen picking their nose, and another person at the front counter ignoring guests.
I asked for more ranch, and was told that I had to pay for it and “that I already got my ranch”.
This dining experience was absurdly bad.
Food was decent, but service, sense of urgency, and customer service were all incredibly lacking.

It blows my mind that fast food employees demand such a high wage but can’t follow simple directions. No mayo and no ketchup….. pretty simple. But both still seem to wind up smeared all over the burgers anyway. Then I get cold, pruned up fries too!! 40 dollars for absolute crap!! Never again.. management in Tazewell needs to be RETRAINED.

We ordered at the drive thru where they seemed to be so annoyed that we had even pulled up to order. Then, they managed to forget a large fry in an order that consisted of 5 items. So now I have to drive back, get out of my vehicle and ask for them to get my large fry. While I was inside, I noticed all of the employees are standing in a circle just talking and ignoring the couple customers waiting on the front counter. I had asked for two cups of ranch and the lady proceeds to get an attitude with me and say “did you not get ranch with your meal?” While standing there I observed two kitchen employees who had no gloves on, touch their face and continue to handle food. Unacceptable and disgusting. Then I watched them gather outside and hit a nicotine vape out on the patio with guests about. Very unprofessional and very unfortunate that they have not a single employee with any drive, discipline, or integrity. I will never come back. Don’t waste your time here.

I don’t understand what’s going on. Food was extremely cold and the drink dispenser was awful, no ice no drinks, had to ask for drinks. Come on guys get it together! Y’all was doing amazing past few months! Don’t go back down hill!!!!!!

This Wendy’s is a rare gem of goodness! It’s a trifecta of great customer service, fantastic atmosphere and food that is prepared well. We went inside and they were friendly, took our order right away, and served our food fast! We got to she the manager meeting with her employees and she was so kind to them and they clearly like her. I wish all Wendy’s were like this one.

This is my 3rd time eating here I went inside on a Thursday bout 8:30 p.m. I ordered the 4⃣ for $4 which consisted of 4 chicken nuggets, fries & a soft drink cost come to under $5. The cashier Tracy took my order. After about 10 minutes food was ready. chicken nuggets & fresh. My complaint is- once I begin eating the cheeseburger the top bun come completely apart soggy. Almost as if wet? Yuck! So, I hope next time it is a five-star review again. It just seemed like I think they may need more employees? Thank you to the kind employees who are there & are hard-working. You are appreciated. UPDATE: MY 4th time here! I ate inside around noon on a Saturday. It did take longer than usual to be waited on. But, I think worker was in training. Not sure? Didn’t have to wait but maybe 5 minutes to get the food this time. I got 4 for $5. Comes with 4 chicken nuggets & fries & soft drink, & your choice between, Jr bacon cheeseburger, fried chicken blt burger, or double cheeseburger. I chose the chicken blt. I didn’t know it came with CHEESE on it. I didn’t like that at all. So, All in all Wendy’s Improved to 4 stars this time in my opinion. Thanks to all the hard workers! You are appreciated!

Went twice on opening day. Traffic was a mess but the food was delicious and the people were awesome.
Update 1-21-23.. their nuggets are still gonna get me there every time. Was a bit of a wait on them today but I don’t mind. Service was great, food is delicious. I have zero complaints.

These are the cheese fries they’re going to charge you extra for. This Wendy’s used to be my favorite spot in this little town but recently the quality of their food has god down hill a lot. After this, I’m done giving them more chances.
