Stopped in to grab a slice of pepperoni. Female was making a pizza when I approached the counter. No problem. She eventually turned and looked at me, but never acknowledged me. A male came out of the back and asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a single slice and he put a great looking slice on the conveyor belt to heat it. The Female walked over and took it off before replacing it with a dried out looking slice that looked like it was made the say before. I told them I didn’t want that slice, so the male replaced it with the original slice. As I walked towards the cash register, I observed the Female take the slice of pizza back off the conveyor belt and replace it with the dried out slice. I refused to buy anything at that moment and asked for a manager. The male told me the Female was the manager. When I asked for a number to corporate, he stated he didn’t know it and only works in the back. The Female refused to tell me her name and continued to ignore me. I filed a complaint with corporate and am still waiting for the results, but I don’t recommend this store. After looking at other people reviews, I realize I should never have stopped here in the first place. No wonder why businesses are closing, especially when you employ people who ARE NOT customer based oriented or even care about presentation. I will NEVER go there again!

Corporate sent me an email saying my complaint is closed and will be handled internally. I’m so done! Letting everyone know this is the worst SBARRO in OHIO. They like serving old pizza and expect you to pay $5.99 per slice for it! AGo to Dewey’s. It’s at Summit Mall. You can get fresh calzones and pizza without the attitude!!!

The lady that was there, saw her about 20 minutes ago. Was super rude, ignored me for the duration of time it took her tp make two whole pizzas. Saw me, was about to ignore me until I said something. Then proceeded to give me attitude when I ordered a dragon fruit lemonade (didn’t ask me the size either, she just picked the most expensive option) then when she got my drink she then proceeded to slam it onto the counter to give it to me (thank goodness the plastic didn’t break). The lemonade was pretty good and was the only enjoyable part of my experience here. It was my first time ordering from here and I have now learned that I will not be making that mistake again unless this costumer service issue is resolved.

I stop there with my daughter for lunch. The service is a -0 never seen so many rude folk before in life. This is why so my businesses are closing. You have poor customer service from your workers. It’s already hard out here. We decided to spend our money here and the service was HORRIBLE. The cashier did not look presentable. Her attitude sucked. I ordered 2 combos. Get to the register she didnt say anything. I asked for my drinks she says you didnt ask. Excuse me I told the order guy 2 combos that came with 2 drinks. After paying for my order they tried to charge me separately for the drinks. I will never go again!!!!

I always come here for my lunch because I work in the mall. There is one rude worker who always has an attitude with everyone. The other workers are nice but she has an issue with everyone and everything. Also constantly has headphones on.

I Stop there after work to get something to eat. I haven’t had their food in a while. I like the Stromboli with a side of tomato and cucumber salad. There was two workers behind the counter one was sweeping and the other one was over by the food I came up and stand. She just stared at me didn’t say one word and I said are you ready? She shook her head. Yes, So I told her my order which was a pepperoni Stromboli and a side of tomato cucumber salad. She kept this irritated look on her face all the while, not speaking to me not even one word not to welcome me not to ask me what I wanted not to ask me if I want anything else or a dessert or a drink!!!! And then I asked her not to put my salad in the bag with my Stromboli and she didn’t understand and I had to tell her because the salad will drain out of that little metal thing and be All over everything. I gave the smallest tip I could cause I believe in tipping, but she really shouldn’t have gotten anything. She didn’t say one word to me. I mean, I have to wonder what kind of training are these employees getting??? The food is always great, but that service!!! Yuck!!! I may not want to ever come back. And the sad part is it doesn’t look like anybody really cares about these reviews because I see a few other people complaining about your employees and it still seems like nothing has happened.

I’m not one to write reviews because i worked in fast food for 3 years and understand having a bad day but i’ve had multiple occasions where these workers have snapped at me for absolutely no reason at all. I went to pick an order up once and they all stood there and stared at me like i was crazy and proceeded to yell at me when all i did was tell them the name for my order. They said they didn’t have it and i showed them my receipt and that sent them over the edge. One of the workers there even looked at me and mouthed “sorry” because that’s how outrages these workers are. This was just one occurrence but every time i go there i do smth wrong.. i asked for a drink and got yelled at because i didn’t tell her my order first.. oops

2 female employees were too busy talking, being on the phone, worrying about a charger than doing their job. Waited 30 minutes for a whole cheese pizza ( told they’d call me up)… found it sitting on top. So inappropriate and unprofessional. Get the AirPod out of your ear would be a start.

This is one of the worst places ever! I just went there in my break, I wanted pasta salad and there was barely any in the container when I asked if they had anymore, they said they weren’t putting anymore out. I walked away! Half the time you can’t get help the food looks disgusting and the other half the time the ppl are very rude! Do better!

If you want to feel like you are doing something wrong by ordering food this is the place for you. There is this one lady (couldn’t see a name tag) that is just plain rude every single time we’ve gone here. Slams things around and gives you a death stare the entire time hardly speaking a word. During this visit while waiting for my supposedly stolen pizza she decided to yell at the next customer in line because he ordered 2 items and when she ignored him he asked why are you so mad that I am ordering food here? The last 3 times we’ve placed an online pickup order they never make it and pretend someone else stole our order. This time I waited 45 mins from the time we placed the order til we were given a half cooked pizza with no words spoken. Time to hire some new people seriously! Definitely do not recommend this location. It used to be amazing.

Arrived at Summit Mall Sbarros at 10:30 only to stand there for 10 minutes and be ignored by Mary. When she did acknowledge us, she snapped “I won’t be open for 45 minutes! We walked the mall, came back and she was telling another person “10 minutes” We walk up and she says “20 minutes!” Mary has the worst attitude for customer service ever! If you don’t like your job, change it!
