Melts are a great value for the money. The chicken wing taste phenomenal. If you check out their website you can get some really good deals! I really like the store in Georgetown IN Staff is very friendly and helpful!

First and foremost, this is a takeout only location. And it’s pretty weird that there’s no real divide between the lobby and the kitchen. You could literally walk into the kitchen from the lobby without impediment.
There’s absolutely no seating in the lobby, so, if you arrive before your order is done, you have to either stand around or go wait in your car.
Food is sub-par for the franchise. I felt like the pizza wasn’t cooked enough and was very flabby towards the middle. It was not cut well either, as the cut didn’t penetrate the bottom of the crust. Wings were a bit off as well.
Service, while friendly, was not competent. I was given the wrong order, took it back to my car and then realized the error. I brought the food back and they put it directly back into the warmer without checking it. What if I had eaten a piece? Or worse? The lack of double checking and quality control is a real issue here.

Absolutely love their “Party of One” tab online, usual you order pizza for a party or a gathering, but eating their personal pizzas brings so much joy. I will be definitely returning to this location and trying something new like the melts which I haven’t tried.

Went to pick up an online order. The lady said it would be 5 minutes. 8 minutes later, we go back inside to get the order and it’s still not ready. The lady ask, is it just fries? No, we got a pizza, brownie, and fries. She states, the pizza and brownie are not even in the oven yet. Come on, do better. This is sad. You had 1 job and you can’t do it right?

Went in around 8:30 pm and tried to get pizza but no one waited on us. One employee was just sitting on the computer watching learning videos. Didn’t bother to let anyone else know. Just sat there.

Last two times ordering, food was horrible. The past was so dry. Hardly no sauce. It was pasty to say the least and cold. Boneless wings were just as bad cold and hardly no sauce.

We went inside to pickup pizza the guy was handling all food without gloves. Just nasty. My teen daughter asked lady if it was a requirement lady said I’m sure it is but who cares if he washes his hands. Like do you follow him in bathroom to check if he’s washing his nasty looking hands ✋️

The pizza is always good but the employee who took the order was rude and I had to call back. They tried to charge $60 for 1 med 1 LG and breadstick I had to point out the 2 LG and breadstick deal online 25.99. I feel I’m they should offer customers the best deal but she just wanted to charge more.
