I have always liked this place. I wonder if they are cutting back some to try to save. I usually get a medium meat lovers pizza and my GF gets a medium supreme. I was really disappointed. There was very little meat as compared to what I usually receive. The cost was just over 50 dollars with the tip for delivery. I am going to try this place one more time to see if it was just a mistake. If this is the new normal, then I will go elsewhere.

Always great service! I have never had a long wait. But I do have a question for anyone else that has been here at this location before and used there credit card and then have your card hacked the next day or a few days after? Don’t expect them to get your order right ever…. ordered the Nashville hot chicken flat and I got a supreme random oddball of peppers, BTW peppers dont even come on this pizza tbh it felt personal.

Worst service ever. Use to love pizza hut but hated it the last 20 years! I called the company directory 3 times pizza hut wouldn’t answer. Then I called myself and they picked up and immediately hung up on me!!! So I had to order online. I asked for extra sauce and like always they don’t look at the order properly. So I had a dash of sauces against the crust. I ordered breadsticks which are the best breadsticks even though they been horrible the last 20 years cause they cook them to sort or to long! They should be just past floppy. This time they were black on bottom. My mother in law order breadsticks for the grand children but know u have to even cut the breadsticks and ur pizza their to lazy to cut ur food. The smallest order now is usually no less than $30 now and u still have to do work. What’s the point of paying so much if I have to do almost half of the work? When u order online and don’t have enough cheese they give u a couple drops instead of telling u they are out and not charge u but no they give u 2 drops and still charge! When I walked in there was 5 people in back eating pizza and talking while I stood their for 10 minutes before I was waited on! That’s why I go to papa johns and only pizza hut for breadsticks. Pizza hut is barely better than little ceaser which is the worst! Pizza hut was good in the 90’s around the time they had the awesome Bigfoot pizza!

Honestly the people were very kind, my order was almost mixed up with a delivery thankfully they noticed while i was there and did correct it. But I should’ve checked it before I left because I ordered extra sauce on both of my pizzas because they’re usually lacking a bit and I swear I got it home and there’s JUST enough sauce on there for it to be wet. I’m getting more flavor from the grease of my cheese than there is sauce very sad day

Ordered a 3 pizza box at 8:15. Pizza showed up at 8:47 which was fine but only 1 pizza was correct of the three. The pepperoni pizza had no pepperonis and the chicken taco pizza only had bean sauce, chicken and cheese so no veggies or anything else that goes with like tortilla strips. Called and was to get order replaced but store wanted pizza back. Had no issues with that aside from it was late and my kids needed to eat it is not 9:44 and still no pizza. Replacement went in at 8:55 and was told driver was there and it was coming straight out and would be no more than 20 mins. Called the store at 9:40 and was told that they are now waiting on a driver and it’s next to go out. So In 50 minutes the driver that was “there” they are waiting to get back to bring pizza out. We order from here ALOT because there is very few places to eat on this town. Poor customer service and poor judgement on keeping customers happy.
Update pizza showed up finally at 10:20 as my fiancé was at the store dropping off the pizza they wanted back so badly. Called over 25 times and they wouldn’t answer after waiting an additional 45 minutes

As far as the food and service, that would be five stars. I’m dropping one star because the web site is awful. So bad we gave up, drove to the restaurant and talked to extremely nice girl at the counter. Made our order and waited just a few minutes . I don’t know who is responsible for the web site but it need attention badly.

Placed an order a couple weeks ago, upon picking it up they only had half the order done. They claimed that they were closing and they had already turned off the fryer so they didn’t make the wings. I said, That’s fine if you just refund my money for them. The young lady at the register said done, refunded $15. Still have not recieved the credit to my account. We order here regularly and food here is generally fine, service is often questionable.
