I made a takeout purchase of a Cane’s combo. When I got home and opened the food, it only came with 1 chicken fingers. In addition, the coleslaw was missing, and I had ordered 2 sauces, which were also not included. I did not return to the restaurant, but this experience was very disappointing. Not receiving a complete order is unacceptable.

I usually love Raising Cane’s, but today had me questioning my math skills. I ordered a 3 Finger Combo and only got 2 fingers. Let me repeat that: I ordered a 3 finger combo and only got 2 fingers in my box. When I order a 3 finger box I expect 3 fingers to be put into my box.
Now, I’m no chicken mathematician, but I’m pretty sure 3 does not equal 2. The meal was still good, but I wasn’t physically prepared for a finger shortage.

I went tonight around 6:30pm and the cashier inside was quiet and didn’t look like she liked her job. I got dine in and ate outside and took 3 bites of my sandwich combo only to realize my chicken was pink. I threw it aside and didn’t eat anymore of it. I took this picture in .5 and you can still see the pink in the chicken. Called to let the manager to let her know and she was rude saying, “the walls inside the store make the chicken look pink” when I ate outside..? It was very clean tho I’ll give them that.

First time trying Raising Cane’s as daughter insisted on having it for dinner.
Lets just I wasn’t impressed.
Now it’s good for food variety in Brighton that’s lacking but this place simply isn’t for me.
They are way overpriced and I ordered 2 chicken tenders just to try.
They tasted alright, but not sure where they get them tenders at, as this must be from anorexic chicken. I had more bread than chicken . I put a plastic fork to show in perspective what I mean in the picture I posted.
Anyway, when it was our turn to order they seem to have issues with their PA ordering system so we had to sit there for a out 10 min as they tried to fix it. Finally they simply had us drive up to window and order there. Past that point it was pretty quick. But we sat total probably 30 min at the drive thru thru the line and their issues.
They still handled it pretty well and we’re very nice and helpful.
Again, tho. This place isn’t for me so I cannot be too harsh.
Happy for those in town who will be enjoying as the line doesn’t lie. People do love it.

This location has problems with consistent portions. We ALWAYS order a Caniac to share. That’s 6 fingers, fries slaw and toast. We have complained about not receiving the normal amount of fries, have noticed really small fingers, and today they shorted us 2 fingers. If any of these problems had been take out orders we would not have received what we paid for. Hopefully the powers to be read this review as constructive criticism and correct the training errors. Good chicken is only going to go so far before its not worth coming to this location.

I stopped in on Halloween night. Place was not very busy. My family ordered our food (one sandwich and a bunch of tenders), and when we bit in, the chicken was pink. We broke open the tenders and all but two were too raw to eat. We brought the food up to the counter and the manager apologized and said she’d remake it all, even the fries, and offered to make it extra crispy, which I didn’t realize they would do but was excited to try it. Stuff happens, no biggie. But then the replacement was pink and raw too. I ate my fries and decided to take it all home and just microwave it later so we could go trick or treat. We ended up just throwing it all away the next morning, and we won’t be back. Too bad, since we used to love Cane’s.

I love Cane’s. Everyone here is super nice and always provide great service. I love that they are open on Sunday’s(wink wink). Everything is always hot and fresh and almost tongue burning. Haha. Much love to the staff and management here. ONE LOVE.

Never had such a bad experience here before. Young lady at the drive through was not professional at all, was having conversations over the head set for 3 min before asking me for my order. I was very nice to the young lady at the window. No “ Your welcome or have a nice day “ was said at all I was asking for extra sauce and before I could even say anything. She had shut the window on me. Very unprofessional on those 2 employees.

This Canes is probably the worst in customer service, the cashier in turn last night was nothing more but a racist, I asked if she spoke Spanish (mind you I speak English as well) she told me no and literally ignored me and called the next person in line, when I asked for her help, she made as if I didnt exist or matter to her with disgust and it just felt so racist, the manager was the exact same. I been to other Canes, like the one in Thornton and they have been excepcional in their customer service, Brighton Canes is just not the place for someone who would only speak spanish to go they will not help you and see you as trash, im so disgusted in the way I was treated and hope people see this and take their business elsewhere, chick fil a is down the street which I went to after and I dknt have to tell you how amazing they are. Never coming into this Canes location ever

Very disappointed with this location. Whoever took our order wasnt very attentive. She didnt even bother to ask what drinks we wanted with our combos. Our order was rang in completely wrong! We asked for 2 Caniac combs with extra toast no coleslaw. We got extra fries which were very undercooked and got charged for 2 extra canes sauces we didnt ask for. Even our drinks were completely wrong!
