My husband and I lived in the apartment complex right next to this parking lot where this restaurant was located, so of course we tried most of the restaurants that were right there. This pho restaurant was recommended by a friend, so naturally we were excited to try it.
I had never had bad pho before, and never have I had it since, but when I tell you their broth was watery and sour, and the most off putting pho experience I’ve ever had in my life, what I mean is,
We have not lived in that apartment complex or eaten at this restaurant since 2019. We do not even live in Washington anymore. But when we ordered from our local pho establishment last night and were relishing the experience, and made the comment “have you ever had subpar pho, or is it always this good,” both of our eyes bugged out of our heads as we collectively remembered the experience of eating this rancid, disgusting food more than half a decade ago and shivered in horror like it was yesterday.
I’m so glad this restaurant is currently temporarily closed, but should they ever open again, DONT GO.

Went here the other day because we were craving pho. We ordered the rare beef and brisket pho along with the pork rice plate. Both were delicious and delivered quick! We do miss the flatter pho noodles but the thin cylinder kind are good too. The only thing that would make this place better is homemade chili sauce! Otherwise good food, service, and reasonable prices.

Brisket tendon pho was pretty good. I really enjoyed the broth, it wasn’t to heavy nor to light. Spring rolls were also pretty good wish they were just a bit bigger tho. Overall I enjoyed this place and the staff is super sweet.

Minji’s Pho offers a delightful culinary experience with its rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The diverse menu caters to various preferences, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The closure has left a void in the local dining scene, and patrons eagerly await its reopening for a taste of their exceptional Vietnamese cuisine.

Have only been once so far, and I did take out. But it was quick, and the broth in the Brisket Pho is delicious.

This place is in my top 5 Pho places in Tacoma. Amazing broth, meat, and noodles. The pot stickers and fried rolls are also perfect. A quiet atmosphere, and seats are easy to find at all times of the days. Service is fast and with a smile. One of the best places for a rainy day meal.

I was surprised for the amount I paid the food did not look fresh and it was dry. I’ve had food here before and it looked and tasted great. When they said that my food will be out in 5min and it came out in four? I ordered a fair amount!…. It’s only getting 3 stars because bubble tea was good. This was an easy 2 stars if no drink was included.

One of the best broth for Pho, this side of Washington state.
I rarely find a place that is absolutely perfect broth balance.
I will forever miss this place, since they’re not closed.
If I could find a place that is as great as this one, I’d be thankful.
Thank you for your service!!

A usual customer here, I’m sad to see it go. The family working was so nice and amazing and this place was my one stop shop for my sick days. Thank you for your service in the community you will be missed. Please let me know if you open up again. This place is the only place I’d get pho from.
Great portions, hot and ready , to go containers made food still fresh and hot

Fantastic! What a tasty bowl of Pho. The broth was excellently flavorful and there was an adequate amount of all the mix-ins. The decor is odd but I didn’t come here to stare at the walls. I was here to bury my face in a large bowl of cold curing soup and Minji’s delivered. I left revitalized and this restaurant is definitely vaulting into my top three for Tacoma Pho restaurants. Also the service was super quick, we got our soup just minutes after we ordered it. At the end we didn’t feel rushed by being given our ticket, we just stayed and chatted then walked up to the counter to pay at our leisure.
