We ordered over $100 in food tonight ! They had to have Uber Eats deliver the food due to location . We had two people who only wanted Caesar Salad and they forgot to send it !!! Instead of bringing it they said we will give u a credit for $13.00 ! We waited over a hour for food delivery . How is that any compensation! They also said call Uber Eats to get ur money back lol !! So how do i feed the two people who only wanted salad .. ?? Thanks Marcos !!! Never ordering from here again

For the past 2 years all my family have ordered is marcos we think it’s absolutely the best around. But tonight we were very disappointed to get home and have completely the wrong pizza. my four year old couldn’t even eat it, It was so spicy (took pictures but can’t post them)

Ordered a pizza, got a pile of mostly raw (including canned) vegetable chunks on some half-cooked dough… might have been added after pizza started cooking?
It came in reasonable amount of time and driver was friendly and polite. Returned the rest of the pizza for a refund and staff was professional, so bumping up to 2 stars from 1. Marco’s might look into standardizing some franchise ingredient/preparation quality control as I don’t remember canned mushrooms in past experiences at other locations. Boyfriend decided to eat a whole slice and would like me to include that he feels sick now.

For the 1st time in a long time, no issues with a local pizza order! It was also the very first time I ordered from Marco’s pizza and not Domino’s or Papa John’s Good to see the new kid in town stepping up…will definitely be back again! Go with the Works and some hot wings, you won’t regret it!
