Ben went above and beyond during my last visit. I forgot to put the toasted option while making my online order, and Ben had no problem unwrapping my food, and toasting it. No eye roll or anything. Another thing I noticed was that the restaurant was incredibly clean and tidy. Great customer service. Thanks again Ben.

The service truly sucks! 2 years ago I was pregnant and the guy said to me we don’t open until 10. Then he saw me standing there and looked at me and said to my face you can go away now. He was very rude. Then my husband was just there wanting to eat and he said he didn’t have much on his gift card so the lady told him to go away was very rude about it. SUBWAY HIRE MORE FRIENDLY PEOPLE!!! The current employees are NOT friendly.

Can’t rate the food because we never even got the chance to eat. We went to the Subway in Rogue River at 9:30 p.m. on 10/18. As soon as we walked in, my husband made a little joke about the time. The kid behind the counter said to us they were “getting ready to close.” At 1st, we thought he was kidding. I asked, “Close? It’s only 9:30, your hours say open until 10.” At that point, he told us they “actually shut the lights off at 10 till.”

My husband just said, “Okay, lets go, we don’t need to eat here then,” and we turned to leave. On our way out, the kid suddenly changed his tune, asking what we wanted. At that point, we weren’t about to beg to spend our money somewhere we clearly weren’t wanted, and we headed to Grants Pass instead.

Looking at the recent reviews, this place has gone downhill in the last few years. If this lazy attitude is the new standard, it’s no surprise why.

Poorly prepared sandwich with almost no ingredients. There were no customers, and I had to wait 20 minutes. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but unfortunately, it’s the closest thing to my location.

This place has gone downhill. My online order was for a heated veggie patty footlong, with spinach, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers and 2x chipotle southwest sauce. What I got was a frozen veggie patty footlong with all the veggies outside of the sand which, lettuce instead of spinach and no sauce at all. I placed the online order for my lunch break at work because it’s not very long. I wish this place was as good as it used to be. Super disappointed and starving, thanks!

Yeah, I won’t be back here again. Not sure if they didn’t like my 15% tip for takeout or they’re limited on what they can add. Slight mixup with the meats on the other sandwiches as well but the amount of meat in this bowl that I doubled and added capicola is what got me. Almost started to head back when I got home thinking they forgot the meat entirely.
I suggest finding another place to eat in the area because of my bad experience! (Partly sarcastic, partly not )
I’m bitter about it. If you want a sub, go for it because it’s still good but don’t expect to get what you pay for.
That’s 3.34 oz of meat. $3 double, $3 for capicola on top of what should have already been in there. What is that, over $30/lb for some deli meat? Hard pass.

They don’t have wifi as advertised on the freeway food at this exit sign. The employee didn’t think they did and they’re was no sign for the wifi info at the time of this review.

If you want your meal the same day you attempt to order it and want the correct order, don’t go here. Waited 20 min before the slow shift manager said there was an online order before us. Waited another 10 min and decided to go ahead and leave. Poor service.

Food is decent – standard quality, consistent proportions and tidy. The store is also clean and openly arranged. Parking isn’t great, but that’s a city problem. I can usually find a spot around the corner. The service is okay, just tends to be slow. They often only have two behind the counter so one always trades between the register and the food line. Once, I caught an employee forget to change gloves after handling cash and who proceeded to grab a loaf and almost handle meats before I stopped them. The employee made an exasperated tone but did as I asked. Other customers witnessed this. All in all though, I still eat here on occasion. Just be mindful. Subway is Subway.

This place needs new management or employees, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong store immediately called the store back to back 15 times straight to try and cancel them making it and switch it to a different store. Nothing no voicemail no answers. Your a business get your act together. Every business should answer their phone, even to say can you please hold. If your wondering this isn’t just a bad day this is multiple times I have tried to call this number on several occasions and nothing. It’s simple things that keep business going and I will never order from here again. Your a small town and has be ample time to have some customer service. Get this sale fine you will never get another.
