My advice is to whoever is reading this is. Do not eat here. This Taco Bell just opened a view months ago, and already the service is bad.
I visited yesterday evening, in the drive thru, I had asked for the nacho cheese fries to be fresh and I said I would wait for it, very politely. The manager was very rude to me and said as part of company policy that they do not have to “cook to order” drop fresh fries for you. Basically to eat the fries as it is. And said to call corporate, this is what corporate trained them for. I wasn’t going to call corporate because I am not a person who likes to fight. And never did I ask to speak to corporate and it was presented to me to do so.
When I came at the window there was no greetings. The attitude was give us the money so you can leave. And my brother on the phone told me to get my money back because he was angry at how rude they were to me. So I asked for my money back and the manager said to give back the 28 cents. Keep in mind I didn’t receive a receipt or knew how much the cashier gave me. I looked through my wallet and gave her the 28 cents.

I’m excited to see the team is growing. A lot of people misunderstand business and the fact that the team was originally new and inexperienced for some this is their first job. The team is inviting, respectful, and my food was fast and taste as it should. Thank you for your service team; don’t get discouraged as Brockton is a hard area to work it. Great job keep growing I personally had a great experience.

They gave me 7 tacos with no meat. Just cheese and lettuce. I’m not expecting 5 star treatment but I do at least expect my taco has meat in it.

My sister went to Taco Bell and she kindly asked for hot fresh fries. And the lady responded “oh by the company policy, you have to eat the fries that’s there.” Then my sister asked “well how long the fries been out” and the lady would not answer the question. But instead responded “either you want it or not it’s company policy call them yourself.” And then my sister said she don’t mean no harm or disrespect she just wanted some good hot fries.

it was one of the WORST experiences i ever had with taco bell. i’ve never wait almost 25mins for two meals and a drink. they were all over the place. also one of the employees on break was just sitting on her phone as it got busy and reckless. with no care on the world and took her sweet time. it is UNACCEPTABLE.

They can never get an order out in a timely manner, even if it’s dead in there. If you mobile order, none of the edits you may make to the food will be correct.
I can’t order on doordash anymore because this popped up and became the closest Taco Bell to my place.

Stay away from this place. These people have no clue what’s going on. Unorganized child like environment. Long wait time. Alot of confusion amongst staff. Just an all around terrible location. Its clean I’ll give it that much. Let’s see how long that lasts

I do lots of reviews and I give businesses time to get acclimated before doing this. I personally have only gone through the drive-thru about five times since this location has opened and has been nothing but a flawless experience. I would say that this location caters more to the drive-thru just because it seems easier but I’ve gone there at 1:45 a.m. and I get great service from the white kid with glasses at the drive-thru kind of nerdy no offense. Anyways my order is always correct the food is fresh and I’m happy. And this is why I continue to come back. All of these other people asking for specialized made burritos well we’re only human so you can’t get mad at mistakes when you’re making 500 burritos a day. I’m happy with mine though and I’m happy with the service also the kitchen looks very clean from the drive-thru view which means a lot. Whoever reads this review I took the time to really think about it. I plan on going there this morning to get myself a double beef cheesy burrito
