Drive Thru: Hit or miss but last few times I’ve gone which has been in the afternoon around 2:00 or 3:00 its been a complete miss. They not onlybtake forever to just take ur order or even acknowledge you at the window and ordering speaker. Yesterday I asked for a Sausage Egg and Cheese NOT toasted and they toasted it with a few burned pieces, then today I asked for it on a plain bagel, and it was inedible, the whole bagel was burnt, brown and black and when I was sitting in front of the drive thru window I was starting to get annoyed from waiting so long while the three teenage/young men were just talking to another young customer at the front, they turned to look at me a few times and didn’t do anything. I saw someone else drink sitting there while they talked too. It wasn’t until another gentleman from the back brought my food out and that’s how it looked… it was disgusting. I’ve never seen a bagel so badly burnt being sent out that way to get eaten. I wish I had seen it before I left the drive thru but I didn’t have the time since they wasted it all just talking

It’s typical Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and donuts so no issue with the food but the service and atmosphere is needing much improvement. They have young kids that work here with their friends coming in to talk with them and use vulgarity and very loud and not seem to care about their job. A lot of of the school kids come in after school to hang out which is better than the alternative, but there is no management at this location that overseas their people are working and not spending the time on their phone or having their friends come in causing a disturbance to people trying to enjoy a cup of coffee

Avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts at all cost! This the third time I’ve gone here through the drive-through for a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they barely toast it and skimp on the cream cheese! They pretty much give you a dry bagel! Don’t know why they are so cheap! But it’s happened three times already. So not going there anymore! avoid avoid avoid!

This location has the worst customer service I’ve had at a Dunkin. It’s either all teenagers who completely ignore you when you’re waiting for a mobile order while they continue talking to themselves, or it’s the rude woman who works day shift making coffee. She is literally the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. She ignores you when you talk to her, she shoves your drink at you. Today after asking if a bag was mine, she got annoyed with me, gave massive attitude and when I told her all I did was ask her a question, she turned around to her coworkers and said “why does this chick have such an attitude” to which they all laughed. I waited almost 25 minutes for an order I had placed 5 minutes before I left my house. Then they still had no idea where my food was and found the mobile ticket sitting on the shelf for the drive through orders.
Everyone is unprofessional, rude and plain nasty sometimes there. All except the younger, shorter girl and another nice guy there.

I have found this location has been hit or miss and for a long time I avoided it. Then Tuesday I decided to give it a try. I ordered my frozen coffee and got up to the window to find three young guys putting their finger on their nose to call dibs on not making my drink. That was when I knew the quality of my drink would be bad – AGAIN. I decided to just drive away (something I’ve never done before). My advice is to STAY AWAY.

This place sucks. I strictly go here for convenience since I live in the area. They take forever even when they’re not busy, definitely do it on purpose. They’ll have you just sitting at the drive through, straight radio silence. The workers are miserable. Just quit! You choose to work at Dunkin. There’s one cool chick there, dark hair with nice nails- keep up the good work, you are sweet. Basically, most of the employees could be fired and it would function at a more efficient pace.

I went in for a simple coffee and snack… I was the only 1 there. It took almost 15m. You got to be kidding me. Any time I have to stop here it takes forever. Staff wasn’t really friendly.. Its not worth the headache..

Not happy with staff being so noisy, yelling and joking, and gossiping about other people. Maybe they should mop the floors instead and clean up the filthy, sticky substances on them. The floors were so bad that I had to wash my shoes when I got home. I didn’t want to post a complaint but we really just wanted to sit at a table and enjoy our coffee. We could not do that today, unfortunately.

Girl in the front just seems miserable. I feel bad for her. It seems she is depressed to work there but no need to be rude to customers because you messed up a drink. It’s not the end of the world.
