Very nice I’ve been here multiple times they have a ice cream and dog treats in the cup for dogs. Very friendly owners and staff. Accessible for all ages and size. Where many seating options are not accustomed at a lot of outdoor places but they are here! Recommend anybody come here super friendly and if you’re in West chester or any other place by a Rita’s because they have a franchise business you should come to a local Rita’s! And the water ice and custards and everything there is AMAZING!

Very rude employees! Google has the close time listed at 10:00pm, we arrived at 9:10pm to be greeted by an employee shouting we closed at 9:00. To then have them close the window abruptly. Go to any other Rita’s.

I am incredibly disappointed in my purchase tonight. I specifically asked the worker if I could get a small gelati with custard ONLY on the top. The guy acknowledged me and said “okay custard only on top” and then proceeded to give me literally 85% custard. Considering I only got a small and I specifically requested less custard, the fact that I barely had any water ice in mine made me so mad. I don’t go to Rita’s for just the custard. I need my water ice too. He was also moving so slow and barely spoke up. He might’ve been high honestly. I usually have a good experience at this Rita’s, but tonight was just awful.

I went to Rita’s today in West Chester, Pennsylvania. I went to the front windows. Nobody came to the window so I went to the side window where the girl said no you have to go to the front window. I went back to the front windows and nobody came to the front window, so I left without my ice cream

Avoid going at lunchtime, there’s only ever one older lady working and she doesn’t know how to make any of the items on the menu. Still gave 3 stars because the ice is good. Just don’t order anything else or you’ll just get the ingredients in a cup, not mixed. (This was supposed to be a blendini)

Arrived in a very hot Friday in the middle of the day. It wasn’t busy. A very grumpy older woman was at the window. I tried to order a kid’s size custard only to be told “we don’t do that. It’s corporate”. Strange since I’ve been to half a dozen other locations and getting a kid’s custard was never a problem. I went along with the small but wasn’t very happy about this. I then asked for 2 pretzels. We drove home a short ways and after finishing my custard I took a bite into the pretzel. It was hard as a rock and very stale!

Horrible. You have to wait 20 minutes to get watl water ice. by the time I got my water ice it melted so little help at this location. You need to hire more people and probably pay them better with money. Get your ducks in a row. Rita’s.

Will not be coming back here again. Recently came here with my family the other night about 30 minutes before closing. The girl at the window name was ‘Kristina or Kristene’ and was horribly rude. Walking up to the window there was a group of teenage guys, who all got water ice, custard etc. before we stepped up to the window, very loudly someone yelled over the speaker above, no more custard not more sprinkles. So random? I asked if they were out and they said no we aren’t serving it right now only water ice. My daughter was devastated. Not sure why 30 minutes prior to closing, they take something off the menu. I’ve lived in this town my entire life.. always have come here and live a few blocks away and never had this. The worst part is the girls behind the counter seemed high school aged as well.. making it a joke of some sort to not sell custard? But served it to their friends ahead of us. Super strange and put a bad taste in my mouth. Love Rita’s… but maybe train your staff a little better please. Until then I will not be coming back to this location… so many other good desert shops in this town, this one isn’t worth my money.
