Great experience here today. Food is fresh and delicious. The beef broccoli is a little bland, but I guess you can’t please everyone. The server is very pleasant and helpful and has a great sense of humour. Everything is clean, organized, modern. Definitely coming back here again on my next trip to the Soo!

Nothing was fresh, everything was stale and old and you could even taste the stale in it with some being even tasted freezer burnt. I asked what the mushrooms were and the guy says blackened chicken and there was no chicken in it all he couldn’t even find any. The egg roll was way to over cooked and the honey chicken and orange chicken was more dough then chicken and tasted off and was not hot either so it’s been sitting for a while .
I havnt seen the guy wash his hands one from handling chicken to porc to veggies and serving customers. Not to mention the only guy working was sweating so much everytime he leaned over I was worried sweat was gonna fall from his forehead
The combo of the day Thursday is a scam you get a box full of rice that is so dry and bland with one thin layer of orange porc I had 6 pieces in mine.
Service was slow it took almost 15 minutes to serve 2 people as in writting this there is one customer at the cash and the guy still has not served them more focused on uber eats I guess.
Overall very disappointing it is not held at the same quality standard of service and products compared to any other Manchu wok

Confronted the cook about the quantity of chicken being non existent in the sunday special black pepper chicken. The cook said the protien need to be 25% and rice/noodle being 75%. But chicken was not even 5%. I was there with my kids. We all had to throw our meals in the garbage. Dont recommend. Never going to Mancho wok again. Workers were arguing instead of working out solution.

Wonderful experience here. Meal flavours are delicious!! Establishment is very clean and neat. The staff take pride in their environment and it shows! All are really friendly and polite. They also have a great noodle soup station. Highly recommend!

Ive went here a half dozen times since they opened, ive always been pleased and happy but tonight my food was horrible.
I ordered the 3 meat deal and Absaulutely everything was cold, it had no taste and no flavor. I also had a side order of shrimp and that was the coldest.
The meat and broccoli I ordered was just enough to cover the top, I will never be going back.
This place was great when they first opened but it’s obvoius there going down hill.
I rate my expierence and my dinner tonight a 2 out of 10

Came in late from out of town after a long day on the road and was looking for something quick and delicious while I settled in…. Natural, I chose Manchu wok as I’ve had it in the past and it’s always quite delicious! What I ordered tonight for delivery and what I received were two completely different things, with the exception of my noodle order…. I was slightly disappointed because my 2 options (pepper beef and king pao chicken) were substituted (or mistakenly put in) for mushrooms and vegetables. As disappointing as that was I still very much enjoyed the Shanghai noodles I ordered. I’m going to chalk it up as an innocent mistake and move on, but the noodles were definitely a solid choice!

Did have a bit of a disappointing dish tonight. I ordered the regular wonton soup. The takeout bowls do not keep the broth in and I couldn’t eat the broth from the plastic bag wrapped around the bowl while I was sitting in my car. The menu said Broth with 8 wontons and green onion and that is what I wanted. The added noodles are generous but not what the menu indicated and not what I wanted. The noodles were also piled on top of the wontons which made it hard to dig out the wontons. The broth and the wonton both taste excellent and this would have been a perfect soup on this blustery night.

Very polite staffs, made me feel comfortable. And I ordered General Tso Fried Rice with stir fried beef. The fried rice was too sweet at first but it tasted better after I ate the top layer. I liked the fried beef and I will order it again next time.
