Five stars, excellent establishment and I’ll explain why:

Great food, good selection, polite staff, easy to get to, affordable, hefty portions, and more. This place is pretty good.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I went here 3 times over the past few months (Q4 2025/Jan 2026) and I have tried different menu items and have had nothing but positive thoughts. I will be coming back again!

Perhaps people are hangry/cranky because the food sometimes takes an extra 15 minutes because so many people are ordering. I personally don’t mind the wait.

So I will say that I know the Niche here is late night and good variety… But the white pizza…. Anytime of day is excellent, and honestly probably one of my favorites in Monroe county and especially Webster area.. If you are a fan of a white pizza with just cheese!! Give this one a try it is so good every time I have gotten it!

The worst garbage plate i have ever had tasted like made by someone who has never had one the people seemed nice but the mac salad tasted like it was next to olives and other things in fridge absorbed all their taste fries were not fully cooked meat sauce tasted terrible i think they used chili without beans instead. ate maybe 15 % then went in the trash if you go here just get pizza hard to mess that one up this bad

Clearly they burnt the first batch of jalapeño poppers, but instead remaking the whole order of them, they decided it was a good idea to keep the 2 “best” poppers and remake the others. This place has gone down hill badly. So sad they used to be good. Oh yeah almost forgot they also cut off the burnt side of my chicken finger sub. I guess they couldn’t remake that.

I called to order a pizza. It was a Long wait but I didn’t mind it due to the time at which we were ordering. I called to get updates twice and at no point did they say they were uncomfortable delivering the pizza, even after almost 2 full hours of waiting. They just kept saying they were on their way. But after 2 hours I called and they said the driver felt uncomfortable and would not be delivering the pizza to a business building. I offered to meet them outside on the sidewalk as well as somewhere else close by but they refused and after 2 full hours of waiting I felt it was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Absolutely do not recommend and will not be ordering again for personal or business.
