We love their “light” stuffed pizza–lots of topping choices and flavorful sauce but not as much dough as their regular deep-dish. The amount of specified toppings can sometimes be on the sparse side (thus the 4* for food). Most employees are pleasant. Estimated ready time for pickup is pretty accurate most of the time. This is a carryout place, so “atmosphere” is minimal.

Pizza snob here. I have been a pizza fiend since TMNT in the 80s. It’s not easy to move into my top 5 favorite pizza places and Nancy has moved to my number one favorite pizza!
We get their deep dish with cheese. Yum!! Everything is on point! The sauce has the perfect amount of sweetness and is not too bold. It’s just right. The blend of cheeses they use is perfect.
Now I feel many deep dishes struggle to have a good crust. Sometimes places make it too thick or too crunchy or too dry, and eating the cornicione becomes a chore. But this isn’t the case with Nancy’s.
The pizza is pricey, but check those coupons that come in the mail. Usually there is a coupon for a certain percentage off on Monday and Tuesday .

Wings were not crispy at all. Had to put them in the air fryer to try to salvage them. (Picture is how they came vs after we air fried) Thin crust pizza was undercooked. Sauce was pretty bland. Overall not terrible, but disappointing especially considering the high price.

Definitely worth trying for pizza & pasta lovers!! We’ve never had anything that we didn’t love from Nancy’s!! They have amazing quality regular, thin, & deep-dish pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. The menu is always current with plenty of different options! The prices may seem a bit more than your usual pizza place, but once you try it you’ll understand why. Their ingredients are always very fresh and nothing ever tastes old or greasy, which makes a huge difference in quality. They have a great app with coupons or you can call and ask for a coupon for what you’re ordering, that usually tones the price down for us!! Every employee is genuinely nice and ready to help you order or answer any questions! If you pick up your order, you can clearly see the employees making pizzas and how clean the environment is, which is a huge plus! We specifically love the Island Lake location!!
