The dining room was a horrible mess on March 7, 2026. Almost all the tables were NOT wiped down with service numbers left right on the table. The floors were slick and looked like they had been mopped with swamp water. I can’t believe that management would be happy with the appearance. I will think twice before taking my family there again!

So me and the family go threw the drive and she was extremely rude while taking the order. We go to the first window to pay, lady is super nice and sweet everything is fine. We go to the 2nd window to get are food and the rude lady basically just throws are food at us. Wouldn’t give us additional straw for the little, then got even a bigger attitude with us.

Honestly Geneseo McDonald’s is hit or miss… the lines are usually long… and the food is not always fresh. If you special order something you might get lucky and get something hot and fresh lol, but good luck with getting hot fries. My last order i got jipped my nuggets lol… always check your order before pulling away, no matter how many people are waiting behind you.

They closed 45 minutes before closing and left a drive through line of about 7 cars waiting. They just shut their lights off and stop taking orders without telling anyone so the line sat there for an absurd amount of time. I ordered on the app so I called and they said “we have no food we aren’t taking orders, cancel your order for a refund”. At least TELL the customers sitting in the drive through you won’t take their order.

This McDonald’s has become one of the worst I have been to. They constantly mess up orders and/or forget food from the orders. The staff is generally unhelpful and seem to prefer to screw around instead of work.

Sometimes if you’re lucky you get very fresh food and sometimes they mix up your orders but today I would give this McDonald’s five stars some of them might have to work on their customer service but other than that yeah it was a pretty good experience today

The other reviews here are no joke. You NEED to ask for a receipt and double check your food before driving off. I still have yet to have a bad interaction with the workers here but this is the second time I’ve had to pay for items that I never got.
