Super cute covered outdoor space with fun decorations for Christmas. We ate at Tacos El Mexicano and the gentleman was very patient and helpful, explaining the dishes and answering questions. We decided on a chicken rice bowl (huge portion) and pork tacos in corn tortillas. Both were delicious. Overall, a fun stop on our way to Gainesville.

The collective is a very neat little establishment. I wish we had one where I live. We ate at the taco truck the food was amazing and the guy taking the order was very friendly. This place has an amazing atmosphere and would recommend anyone who visits the area to give it a try.

Let’s give small business owners some support. I’ve driven by this place many times when I was too busy to stop. Today I wasn’t really hungry but bought some corn nuggets for later. They were fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was relaxing and down-to-earth. Such a pretty spot to hang out and enjoy nature and good food! There are many choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This is a special place.
Feel good vibes, great food, good people, wonderful atmosphere.
We need more community spaces in our towns and cities.
Strolling around looking at all of the cool stuff, plants, grounds.. sitting and people watching, sharing space and food with family and friends.. its a simple, perfect escape space that should be an often visited spot if your a local!
Awesome concept!
We wish you the best and many many years of bringing peace and joy…with great food offerings!
Thank you for being here, it was a perfect stop for us!

This is now our go to place when staying in Fort White. They put love into each plate and the atmosphere is great with whimsical decorations everywhere. We only had breakfast there two days in a row due to our short stay, but the overall taste of those omelette’s were amazing!!! The pricing is beyond fair. I would highly recommend trying this collection of food trucks when staying in the area. And really, thanks to the owners who put their heart and soul into this awesome place!!

The taco truck here is absolutely amazing. Authentic tacos and friendly staff. It’s definitely worth trying. Also, there’s a great variety of food trucks available, which makes it easy to find something for everyone in your group.

My daughter and I ordered from Cocteles y Paletas El Mexicanos. She had a chicken rice bowl, and I ordered the steak nachos, bit with no tomatoes or onions. I also had a Mexican coke. The food was delicious, meat was flavorful. The coke was in a glass bottle and tasted just like I remembered as a child. This lovely local stand also has pitcher plants, local honey & syrups. The atmosphere is pleasant, food truck venders are friendly, service is quick and the food is good. There are two other vendors, one which only serves breakfast, we got there too late in the day to try, and the other does sushi. We will have to come back to review those.

Really enjoyed the Taco el Mexican truck the collective. The nachos were amazing and the authentic corn tacos were delicious. Also loved the green sauce they served!
The price was a bit higher than expected for tacos however the quality of the food made it worth it.
The collective itself is super cute and quaint. There is a beautiful bee garden where we saw lots of flowers and plants and butterflies and bees. The seating is spacious and the only thing I was not impressed with was the extremely loud country (stadium modern) playing out on the speakers. It was almost too loud for our party to have conversations.
That is the only thing I would say might need some adjusting – style and volume.

Overall still think it’s totally worth 5 stars and a recommendation while in the area!

This place is an absolute vibe and will be visiting again! We camp near Ichetucknee Springs and this is less than 5 minutes away, so we are excited to have found this place!

There are a range of food options, including Mexican, wings, and a country kitchen food truck. More probably during peak times, we visited in January. I personally got my food from Crazy Wings, which I am so happy about choosing! I had the chicken tender sandwich, tossed in honey garlic sauce, with side of onion rings. They also had fried ravioli, so I got an order of those for my group to try. The seasoning on the sandwich bread was SO good and the tossed chicken was incredible! Onion rings also fire! My mom and bestie got from the Mexican food truck and enjoyed their flautas and carnitas, both would get again! Very generous portions. We look forward to coming back to try other options, like The Kitchen

Everyone here was so friendly and the locals gave me tips on good restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is great, so quaint and eclectic, with lovely windchimes, picnic tables, patio tables/chairs (all under covered area). There is painted glass hanging and a cute garden space, lots of areas for photos if you desire!
