I wasn’t very hungry and wasn’t expecting much; however this place blew me away!! Very affordable and absolutely delicious food!
I’d the tofu banh mi and my friend had the Singaporean vermicelli dish with chicken. My bahn mi had well-balanced flavors! Our plates(basket in my case) were clean by the time we were done! We loved our respective dishes!
And then for dessert, I got the coconut jelly! I’ve had coconut jelly before and I really like it. I loved this one too. My friend tried it for the first time and fell in love with it!

I got the beef pho and fried chicken wing and the total was 30 dollars plus tax. The chicken wings are amazing! Highly recommend. You get 6 wings for 14 dollars. The pho is good too. It has good soup to meat to noodle ratio. The meat is a little chewy.

Just popped in here for a quick 20 min snack and ordered a single vegan bahn mi, so I cant speak for their other menu items. The sandwich was tasty, cheap, and balanced the flavors of the sweet soy pork, mayo, and pickled veggies.
One last comment.
In those 20 mins I got to chat with the staff about their struggle running a restaurant, and the impact of recent tarriffs. They clearly care about their customers and wanted to avoid raising their prices, despite rising costs.
I will happily come again, for warm vibes and warm food.

Very nice experience, nothing too special but definitely among if not the best all asia style restaurant on the ave. I really enjoyed their crispy noodle chow mein and the spring rolls. I will be coming back for their Vietnamese food next and might update this if it astounds me. Thanks for the amazing dinner Time Bistro!

Loved this place! We ordered the spring rolls, which I didn’t really like but the peanut butter sauce was so good I could have just drank that. I feel like the shrimp mixed with the sweet sauce wasn’t keen on my palette. My husband ordered the house special chow mein, which was honestly one of the best dishes I’ve ever tried. I ordered the beef pho and added in jalapeños. It was delicious. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Maybe the best Bun I’ve ever had. Try the house special vermicelli bowl! Can’t wait to try the pho. And the owner is kind, attentive, and very focused on food quality.

Quality: It was a rainy and cold sunday night, I came here alone and ordered the special combo Pho and it was the best thing ever! It is very delicious, warm and filling. The soup base is very clear and tastes nice!
Appearance: The pho looks amazing and l couldn’t ask for more! Looking so cute!
Portion size: I ordered a large and finished the whole bowl by myself haha! I honestly would appreciate more meats and noodles. That would be more filling and satisfying for the customers! But I also understand that the cost of everything is rising so it might be difficult for them to increase the portion size.
Service: 9/10
Friendliness: Very nice service! I love the smile of the waitress and she is really warm and welcoming. Great service!
Timeliness: The pho that I ordered came in no time, I honestly don’t remember even waiting for 2 minutes and the pho is in front of me! I really appreciate that as I was super hungry LOL!
Environment: A clean and nice space with perfect lighting and decors! The lighting is not too bright and set the tone of the bistro, it’s kinda giving a feeling of being home. I also loved how they decorated this place with plants and cute stuff! I also love the background music that was playing too!
Location: Great location for many UW students as it was just on the ave. Very easy to locate and within walkable distance to many apartments and houses. It might be quite hard to find street parkings but people came and go all the time! Very convenient location since it is 5 minutes away from the lightrail station as well!

Great lunch spot! Food was fresh and delicious. There was a small wait due its popularity. Beef pho was comforting like a warm hug:) Our party also enjoy lemongrass chicken bun! Will definitely return❤️
