We have been sleeping on these ice cream cupcakes for years, WHY DID I JUST DISCOVER THESE! They have them available for order, or often just in the freezer up front. 11/10, honestly so good! And a great deal! Staff is always lovely as well.

I am in Shock. I just Ordered a Large Gotta Have it Sundae. The Server used a smaller cup than I remember from previous visits. I had Whip Cream, Hot Fudge , and Reese’s. My bill was $8.49 for ice cream plus $1:19 for each topping X times 4 . She hit the keys on the pad and I paid $16.35 for my one Ice Cream in a small cup

While the cake I ordered was delicious, my son had decided the morning of his birthday that he wanted an ice cream cake. I went to Cold Stone’s website and saw that I could order a cake for pick up. I put the earliest available time(12pm) for 12/3 because I was going to be in the area and pressed submit. It wasn’t until I was leaving my house that I realized the pickup had been changed to 12/4. The email stated custom cakes could not be canceled. I wondered if it was my error or the websites error so I went back and re-entered the cake, chose the same date and time, pressed submit and on the payment page, the date was changed to the following day.
In the end it wasn’t a huge deal. I grabbed some mini cupcakes and brownies from the grocery store and I picked up his cake today (12/4) and we had it for dessert the day after his birthday but I can imagine this may be a problem for someone whose child might not be as understanding.

We came to this location to try the new Taco sandwich, we asked the lady and we were told they don’t do that, while there was a huge sticker on the window. We ended up settling for some small cups of ice cream as my 4 year old was now upset. You shouldn’t advertise it if you don’t do it.

My wife bought a cake (midnight delight) yesterday for my birthday. Kept it in the freezer. Today after dinner we took it out to celebrate l asked why no Happy Birthday? She said they don’t write on the signature cakes. Really?, 5 minutes out of the freezer and the chocolate sides started sliding off but I couldn’t cut into the rock solid cake. By the time I was able to get a piece, the cake was a mess. The sides were melted off the top was sliding off the cake and a puddle of ice cream all over the table. $52.00 for this cake, definitely not worth the money, and the mess. Very disappointed!! Next time we will get a Carvel cake.

On 8/4/25, I was disappointed with the Meriden Cold Stone Creamery. The ice cream was very soft not hard as it should be. They need to be better prepared. 3 out of 4 of us got a rash a rash on our lips. There must be some kind of sanitary issue going on.

Your not supposed to be closed till late, it’s 7pm and your closed! Correct your online hours if not you just made a pregnant woman that drove all the way from Hartford just for this! You guys just broke my heart and made such a bad first impression! So disappointed
