We ordered the Joues de Bœuf and the Salade de Chou‑fleur, along with fresh orange juice. Both dishes were excellent. The Joues de Bœuf was tender, rich, and full of flavor, cooked to the point where it practically melts in your mouth. The cauliflower salad was beautifully balanced, light, fresh, and seasoned with care. The orange juice tasted genuinely fresh, not overly sweet or diluted, which complemented the meal nicely.
The service was warm, attentive, and efficient despite the crowd, which added to the overall positive experience. The only downside was the noise level, which made conversation a bit difficult at times.
Overall, Maison Prunelle delivers delicious food and great service, and I would gladly return, ideally at a quieter time to enjoy the ambiance even more.
From the moment we arrived, the place felt warm and festive, the Christmas decorations are absolutely stunning, cozy and beautifully done.
The staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. Everything we ordered looked great and tasted really good.
We had the escargot, truffle pizza, and pomme de terre with truffle, all well presented and enjoyable, with comforting flavors that matched the atmosphere.
Overall, it was a relaxed, pleasant experience with good food, a lovely setting, and great service. Definitely a place you’d want to come back to, especially during the holidays.

Maison Prunelle’s menu is an exciting blend of French and Mediterranean cuisine with subtle, delicate Asian influences, focusing heavily on fresh, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients.
As an artisanal bakery, it’s particularly famous for its handcrafted goods, which are made à la minute (freshly made).
-Service: The staff are highly professional, warm, and attentive without being intrusive.
Food Quality: Dishes are being flavorful, beautifully presented, and meticulously crafted.
-Joue de boeuf: first time trying it and I actually fell for it. The meat was super soft and the whole plate was amazing.
-Spaghetti pomodoro: not the best I’ve ever had, but I was craving this pasta and it was really good.
-Salade de chou-fleur: the weirdest yet yummiest thing I’ve tried! You should totally try it when you come — I don’t think you’ll find it anywhere else, and the presentation is really nice.
The atmosphere was lovely. Service was okay..Well..the first waiter wasn’t very familiar with the menu, but the second one did a great job. Overall..I’d go back to try other plates on the menu!!
I had a cheese which was good
croque monsieur which was also good and hot matcha latte and it was disappointing. It wasn’t unsweetened as requested and it seems the matcha powder is already mixed with sweetener.
A note to the management; please have some flies fan on the table because the flies were disgusting and annoying. The waiters saw the flies and they did nothing.
Would I visit again; no.
Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented & you can tell there’s real attention to detail in both taste and plating.
The ambiance is stunning, the elegant interior truly transports you to a French bistro in Paris.
The staff were professional, warm, and attentive, and the place itself is spotless and thoughtfully maintained.
Both the food and desserts were exceptional & refined, flavorful, and perfectly executed.
Can’t wait to return to try their breakfast next time!
The menu offers a balanced mix of Lebanese and international dishes, all beautifully prepared and served with care. The ambiance is stylish yet relaxed, with soft lighting, tasteful design elements, and a sense of calm that makes you want to linger a little longer.
After expanding to Batroun, Maison Prunelle’s seaside branch quickly became a favorite among locals and visitors alike. However, it is currently closed for the winter season, set to reopen once the warmer days return.
Until then, the Beirut location remains the heart of the Maison Prunelle experience — a place where good food, great service, and timeless charm come together effortlessly.
Prunelle is very well known in Lebanon as they are the best suppliers of bread.
