A lot of bad reviews on this location, but I can disagree with most of them. I’ve never been to the location, but order delivery quite often from them. Delivery people are amazing with a good sense of humor and always are incredibly quick in delivering. I’m really enjoying the roastbeef subs, and crispy chicken wraps. They make me feel valued as a customer, and will continue to regularly order from them, as the food is great for the price at cheap delivery costs.

Consistently disappointing.
I live close and often will order JJ on a day off, but it has become and ongoing game to see how badly they mess up the order every time. Want your sandwich cut in half? Want the bread removed? Too bad, Jimmy John’s does not care: despite it being a part of the online ordering process, this location ignores it every time. Every. Time.
“Subs so fast you’ll freak” certainly does not apply to this location. Currently at 45 min wait for our two sandwiches (5 min away) and I’m just hoping they show up with my chips this time. I never expect them to cut it in half anymore, I just ask for it to see if they still fail simple requests.
Atmosphere is rough. The music was absurdly loud inside, and the staff was very distant. I had to wave to get their attention to ask for napkins (none set up, none offered) and had to literally SHOUT for it when they finally came over.
Honestly, just go somewhere else and let this place die.

The last time I ordered from this specific Jimmy John’s I never received my food and they kept my money, never refunded me. I haven’t ordered from them since. Which is a shame because I do like their subs, this store can’t be trusted however.

We’ve tried ordering from this location a few times unfortunately because we have limited options around our neighborhood. They have NEVER gotten our order correct and they are always super rude about their mistakes. After this last time the service was so unbelievably terrible I think we finally learned our lesson and won’t give them anymore business. Absolutely terrible.

I placed an online order with a confirmation email at 7:54. Hadn’t gotten the food after 45 minutes so I called at 8:40 and was told the driver left 5 minutes ago with our order and we were first on the route to drop off (I live about 10 minutes max from the store with good traffic). It’s now 5 after 9 and I still haven’t gotten my $35+ in sandwiches, drinks, and chips. Super unhappy and honestly really ridiculous that it’s been over an hour and I still haven’t gotten my food. Checked outside the apartment doors thinking maybe it was left but nothing.
Update: I just called again at 10 after 9 and was told that the driver left over 30 minutes ago and that I’m probably the last to get my food dropped off now since he’s still not here….

This was my second time ordering from Jimmy John’s on Losey Blvd horrible I waited over an hour to receive my food then I unwrapped it the bread was soaked in liquid so the whole sub was soggy!!!! GROSS nobody wants to eat a soggy sub. I called to talk with a Manager a female said that’s me ….I asked what is your name…. She just kept saying hello hello acted like she couldn’t hear the conversation horrible especially when you spend 27.00 for a sub and tip.

Bread was burnt and hard and borderline inedible, sandwiches were messy and also the orders were wrong, and when we went to pick it up they tried to only give us one sandwich when we ordered 2 – they just missed the second one – workers were also kind of rude :// hopefully this was just an off day but we will probably not be returning to this location after this experience

This store has usually been spot on, but recently it has been really slacking. Today I asked for extra mayo and hot peppers and I think I got about 3 peppers on the sandwich(see photo) . Also, my ranch cup I received wasn’t shut all the way and resulted in me spilling it unfortunately.

I don’t often visit Jimmy John’s. It a bit further of a drive so I’ve gotten in the habit of frequenting one of their competitors. However, for some reason I don’t even remember, I did stop at my local Jimmy John’s recently and was impressed. Their menu was a nice change from my usual and everything was very good. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as impressed with the atmosphere but will visit Jimmy John’s again for take out orders.

My girlfriend’s sandwich was made incorrectly, driver left our entire order outside without a text or call (did not say to leave at my door), order took 20+ minutes and the driver forgot my drink and when I called to ask about it, I was greeted by a significantly less than enthusiastic “do you still want your drink or just a credit?” After telling the girl on the phone I still wanted my drink, she said she’d send it out with the delivery person, and as of the writing of this review, it has been an additional 20 minutes and still no drink.
