Went to pickup food for the family for breakfast. They totally screwed up my wife’s iced coffee. I don’t dink coffee so I just ordered what wifey said to order and then when I got she said it was way wrong. They didn’t make my avocado toast right forgot the bacon. The Boston Kreme donut they gave my son looks as follows. Great locale just check your entire order thoroughly.

We got four things and only got two items right we asked for a mtndew and got bacon instead and when we asked about the mtndew she said she heard bacon so that what we were gonna get.I asked for sabrina carpenters drink and instead got a dragonfruit strawberry refresher because that was what she heard.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever experience. My order was taken correctly and I was given all the wrong items. Somebody else picked up one of our items and the managers solution to the problem was to pick up a melted old coffee off the counter and hand it to me. If a manger isn’t willing to fix a single order I doubt there’s much hope for the store. Not to mention the cleanliness of the store is way below par. The floors and sticky and there are napkins and paper stuck all over the floor.

Online says open until 2pm, walked 6 blocks only to find out they are closed. If there’s different hours for off season, then it would be great to change online as well.
