My husband put a mobile order in for us. He ordered a Philly steak sandwich and they did not put cheese on it. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with no onion, and what a surprise to start eating it and find a bunch of onions, as well as olives and pickles that don’t go on that sandwich ? Mine did not have cheese either. We don’t eat out often so it was kinda disappointing to have our order messed up like that.

Until today, I hadn’t had subway in many years. Today, I ordered a sandwich, and it was very good. The meat didn’t taste like it had 2 cups of salt in it (that’s a huge plus). The person making my sandwich was nice, but alternated between touching my food and the cash register. I understand time is often in play in all decisions, but basic health and hygiene require a person to finish handling my food before touching the register. I was just shocked to see him touch my food, handle the register, and then handle my food to finish making my sandwich. That is just gross!!! I still gave 5 stars but if I go back, and this happens again, I will change this to a1 star and will never come back. I’m so grossed out over the filthy handling of my food that it will be a long time before I go back. You get the 5 stars because the person was pleasant and the product was decent enough. Train your employees on basic hygiene and food handling though.

I usually love this subway but today was pretty disappointing. I asked for light sauce, and they drenched my sandwich with so much sauce and oil that my bred was soggy and sauce was LEAKING from the bag. Very disappointing. You can see the sauce and oil even when it’s wrapped
