I grabbed the wrong order and for some reason my order didn’t go through. Just a day gone wrong. I would like to say that the service was great! Even though it was my fault they still offered to make my order or even give the one that I grabbed by mistake. They worked hard to right a mistake that wasn’t even theirs. The food there is always good. Great job on spectacular customer service.

Stopped by Edo Japan in Rocky Mountain House for a quick bite, and I was pleasantly surprised! The place was super clean, from the floors to the counter area. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping things tidy – always a good sign.
As for the food – absolutely delicious! The teriyaki chicken was flavourful, with just the right amount of sauce, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Sushi was also well-prepared and tasty. Everything felt freshly made and served with care.
Friendly staff, clean environment, and great-tasting food – a solid choice if you’re craving something fresh and satisfying in Rocky!

Be prepared to wait if you order sushi, it’s going about the same time as you would wait at Bang’s Bistro for their Sushi. The cashier also does the sushi, so they constantly stop, take an order, restart making the sushi, repeat. Two people were making the hot food and 1 person was doing the sishi/cashier work. I have had to wait over 35 minutes, with 8 other orders after me getting their food. The cashier was super apologetic about the wait, clearly they’re doing their best with the rules given to them by management… Next time I’m looking for fast food I won’t be coming here.

I recently dined at edo japan with my family and had a wonderful experience. The staff welcomed us warmly and provided prompt service. The restaurant cleanliness and ambiance made it a pleasant atmosphere for our family outgoing. We enjoyed the Bento box with Beef and Shrimp , which was exceptionally delicious, fresh and flavourful. Given the excellent service and quality food. We plan to visit again soon.

This place has a calm ,cozy vibe, and the staffs were super friendly . Definitely, one of the best Edo’s out there. I’ll be going back for sure !!
