I placed an online order on November 18, 2025 (Order D05CAF5D, 12:25) and paid in advance. When I came to pick it up, staff said there was no such order and nobody could tell me what happened. There’s no customer support option in the app, and I wasn’t able to reach the manager (Rosy) — no reply. I left with no sandwich and no refund information. Please fix your pickup process and add clear support/contact options in the app.

The food was good. I had my usual Subway order, 6″ flatbread w/egg & cheese. They have an Icee machine behind the register, so I asked if I could get a combo w/Icee–no, not even for an upcharge. Asked for a regular Value meal w/sml drink and was charged $4 – how can they call $4 for a small drink and small bag of chips a “Value?” Plus they didn’t ask if I wanted a bag but gave me one for a Fee, when I had an empty grocery tote bag hanging over my arm.

This is hands down the worst subway I have ever been to. Sunday on a holiday weekend. 1 person working. I ordered on the app. The app said 140pm my food would be available for pick up. I didnt get my food till 215pm. Door dash takes priority cause it was a 50$ order ahead of me. I got my sandwiches, threw them in the trash and went to Dominoes.

I went in to buy a sub, it’s about 9am Saturday Morning. They are just setting up, all the lettuce is brown with some pieces of lettuce black. I ask the girl if they have anymore. She says I can’t open anymore. Well the sub she started I didn’t purchase, it’s wrong for any food business to attempt to sell rotten food. Pay attention when you go here shady business practices.

Stood to be waited on for 20 min when I was finally waited on I ordered THE BOSS and the older guy tried to give me regular mozzarella instead of the fresh mozzarella that comes with it then when I asked for extra veg. I wish I could give it no stars!! I ordered from here about a month ago via the app and NEVER received my food nor my money back!!!!!!!!! I have tried calling the store so many times I can’t even count them all and I’ve contacted customer support all to no avail! So would I recommend… NEVER!!!! They lost my business permanently! The photos shown were taken at 1:35 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. the day of the order which was November 23, 2021

Horrible sandwiches. They will give you the minimum of all ingredients. The sandwiches are the skimpiest subs I’ve ever had.
Not even worth stopping in there for food.
Don’t eat here. It’s dirty and the people working there don’t care about hygiene.
