They said 15-25 min delivery, it took an hour. Pizza wasn’t fully cooked through (I even asked for it to be extra baked). It came with no red pizza sauce and was basically inedible. Avoid this franchise, I will from now on.

We placed an order at 6:05 and didn’t receive our order until 7:25, despite living within the area. The app showed that our pizza was delivered at 7:15 and there was no food; however it did appear 10 minutes later. We called the store several times to ask about our order and no one picked up the call. We finally got ahold of someone and they were complete jerks about our pizza arriving late – blaming their number of orders for the night and the system they work in. Additionally, the pizzas were sloppily put together, cut horribly, and the molten lava cakes were very overcooked. I’ve enjoyed Dominos many times in my life; however, this experience sucked. We will not be ordering from this store again.

I rarely post reviews but this time i really could not control myself. Ordered 4 medium pizza and when i get there they even forgot to prep the 4 th one.
When i get home saw half of my pizza does not even have a topping on them and the other half where burnet. Call them and they act with an attitude which really put me on fire.

Worst experience ever at this 6986 El Camino in Carlsbad location. I never got my pizza after waiting 1 hour. I ordered online at 7:36pm then the tracker said it was done 8:03pm but the pizza was not done. Waited till 8:30pm after asking twice and still didn’t get it. I asked for manager but he wasn’t available and no one even wanted to help me with the status. Another customer next to me waited even longer and was frustrated as well. I called back to complain and they just hung up on me. They refunded but I wasted my time, so I would never order here again.

This location is only less than 3 minutes from my home… wherever I opt for delivery my order always goes out on a double delivery and the drivers will literally pass my home in order to make the other delivery first! I always order my pizza without the garlic oil and they always apply it then they credit me with a pizza for another time only to A) put garlic oil on the pizza or B) the pizza be made in pr condition! It really upsets me because I have 3 boys who love dominos and it’s the only one in my area that’s close or delivers to my home and management doesn’t seen to care because they have this leverage! I ordered a large carry out because my last order took over a hour to get to my home again I’m across the street from them and they could not tell me where the driver was with my order and so I pick up my pizza only to get home with garlic oil on the crust so they credit my account days later I ordered the samething lrg handtossed pepperoni with no garlic oil and I received a large what looks like a thin crust and taste like day old reheated pizza!

Worst meal of my life… An embarrassment to my city of Encinitas/Carlsbad. I called the manager “Lincoln” right now to get a refund for this abomination 2 nights ago promised by one of his crew…Instead, after explaining what the pizza looked like and the fact I never got “said refund,” he proceeded to hang up the phone on me even though I was being completely cordial and respectful. I called back 3x thinking it was my phone dropping the call from cell service… Nope, its Lincoln the manager not being able to take constructive criticism when I told him im sharing pics with my neighbors and telling them the pizza was dangerously undercooked resulting in a mish mash of “wet dog food lookin’, donut lookin’ pizza that was not even close to the 16inch Brooklyn style pizza I initially ordered. I made an order at 9:40pm and I was told it would be here in about 18-29 minutes. By the way I live only 4 minutes away from there. It took about 50 minutes when I was told that it was finally “delivered”. I didn’t get anything at all, I even went and checked around and found nothing. The guy on the phone was chill and refunded me my money, I’m not not even trying to be a karen but I don’t get how bad Trevor the delivery driver messed up the order, someone else probably got the food on accident and thought they got blessed tonight
