Horrible customer service the manager has an attitude. This is literally the second time they’ve messed up my order. I ordered it online. Every single Friday is the same exact thing to be picked up at the same exact time they canceled my order tonight. I even had pictures and receipts and they didn’t do anything, but give me attitude. Customer service is at a -2 if I could give it to him food is always pretty good, but they’re always messing up. Everyone’s order there and always discombobulated. Out of all the years I’ve lived in Aiken I’ve never had such a experience that I had tonight. Went into this establishment to order a pizza and when I got home I realized my mistake that I ordered the wrong pizza. However the pizza was not edible and didn’t have any cheese on 3 slices. Called to try and rectify the situation and was speaking with the manager who in turn had a snark attitude and didn’t offer any solutions to fix the situaton. Decided to go back down to the establishment in person to request a refund. Was told by the manager that I wouldn’t get a refund and that I needed to learn how to talk to people. After telling him that this pizza is not edible and dont speak to me in that manner the manager then proceeds to start the refunding process. While doing so he kept making smart remarks towards me and which I asked him why he kept trying to engage in confrontation when I just want my refund. Needless to say that I have been to the southside on numerous occassions and I’ve never had this type of hostile interaction with any of the workers there. I see why this location has a 3.6 rating and with a manager like that it will continue to go down. We are in a era where jobs are uncertain as well as this economy and customer service will always keep the customer coming back. Anyone that visits this location you’ve been warned. Check your pizza before you leave!

I sent my husband to go pick up the pizza. He told me the guy worker there grabbed our pepperoncinis with his bare hands no gloves or anything. That is disgusting and unsanitary as hell. How hard is it to put gloves on or yet even use a clean fork or tongs literally not rocket science. Was he raised by wolves? My husband isn’t confrontational but I am so he’s lucky I wasnt there!

What an incredibly awful place. Whatever you do don’t order the wings from here. They are not sauce wings they are plain wings with a little bit of sauce drizzled over them. When I called to complain, the managers response was well that’s what corporate tells us to do. We’re not responsible for their advertising. In the same order the system I guess replaced our pizza with cinnamon thingies in the store said that that was my fault that I didn’t put in the order right. On top of all of this all of our pizzas were cold, it took over an hour for the order to get here. , And the one pizza that we ordered light sauce on came with a regular amount of sauce, which my daughter cannot eat, which is why we order it with light sauce. I was not offered any free pizzas. I was not offered any refund and when I asked for the regional managers, name and number I was told that I could not have that information and to call corporate at the number on the website. I asked if I could leave a message to be called back and they told me no that there was no way I could speak with the regional manager. You would think for an order that cost me $92 And over an hour wait that I would at least get offered one free pizza or something. Worst part is it was my husband‘s birthday that we were ordering this for. Such A shame that this is what Papa John’s has become. I will be taking this to corporate and neither myself nor my family will be ordering from Papa John’s again.

Pizza did not look anything like I usually order( 6 Cheese Tuscan)…barely any cheese,or the two additional toppings that I requested. I called the location to tell them that I was dissatisfied with the pizza and the female who answered said “sorry about that.” She didn’t offer any solution to my complaint.Next time I will check my order before I leave, if there is a next time

half the order was just garbage, the pizza was soggy from a fist full of peppers sitting on the crust, cheese sticks were cold and 2 liter was missing. Managers attitude was crap, when i told them about the pizza i got “its supposed to be like that”. Will never order from this place again. Delivery driver was apologetic and offered to fix it but for the price this was all WAY more of a headache than it was worth. Instead of refunding what was ruined and missing, I hade to wait for the 2 liter to get sent out again, and just out of luck with the rest. The guy treated me like I was the problem for receiving this trash for almost $70.

Atmosphere is a one just because it’s a carry out location so that part never really matters. The service is five stars always ready when it says it is and the delivery time is always fine too. On busy weekends though avoid delivery and just do carry out cause it will take awhile to be delivered to you.
Food is like any other Papa Johns. The pizza is solid and so are the side dishes. In my opinion they don’t really have the best like brownies and stuff but I mean it’s a pizza place I don’t expect them to have that.

On Dec 7th between 9:40 and 9:50pm I went into the store to pick up my order (the app said it was ready). There’s a guy in a red shirt to the left making food and one guy in a green shirt aimlessly roaming around the back of the kitchen; at one point the latter strolled halfway to the counter then turned back. I stood there for at least three minutes (Please check the camera footage) and no one, no one, said anything: hello, be with you in a min, some one’s coming now, absolutely nothing. I saw my order on the rack, so I stepped around the counter and got my order. Red shirt nuts up screaming “get back, get back”; needless to say I told him what I thought and asked why can’t no one say hello? And no, I did not say it nicely. Then some little bearded guy comes out the office screaming “get out, get out”; and again, I told him not nicely what he could do to himself. Customer service is everything today because there are many choices for pizza. A simple hi or hello, and none of this would have transpired. I do not want a pizza, I don’t care about the outcome, as I will never eat at any Papa John’s again.
