I wanted to try the new blueberry refresher. I was so excited to try and was also hurry because I was on my lunch time. When I got back to my work I saw a dead small fly in my drink. It was nasty. Bad luck, I couldn’t even go back to the Dunkin because my break was ended. I love Dunkin since 10 years now and I was glad I could find a dunkin in this town. But after this incident I am scared to even order.

Food was good but they messed up my order I ask for too large drinks they only gave me 1 then I had them cancel it management was mean and rude so was one the the workers there she laughed in our faces only nice one there is younger girl with tattoos and glasses she was polite but one manager with glasses older woman was mean and rude to me and my friend I made a report on these people the manager even threw my receipt away cause she knew she messed up I made a report on what I said in this message was a lousy day cause of it and something needs to be done about it

When it was given to me it felt light. This is how my latte was given to me – with over 1/3 of it empty. $4.76 is what this costs. That was the last straw for me. Their coffee is not great but it’s one of the only places around. I’ll just do without or next time throw $5 out my window instead and save myself 10 minutes.

Staff was very nice, my turkey sausage egg sandwich was good, but my husband’s avocado toast wasn’t toasted, just on bread, mom’s hot latte the lid was half off, and my husband said the men’s room was horribly dirty

I understand everyone is short staffed and things are not how they used to be but come on. I work in the restaurant industry and know better than to ever send someone out burnt food!! how the hell do you look at this, put the cream on it, put it in a bag, and think .. yeah that’ll be good!! No. it’s not that hard to tell when something is burnt. especially the smell. i always give dunkin the benefit of the doubt because i do come there and have good food some days but other days it’s really as if they have workers who do not care what they do or how they do it.

I genuinely tried to go “#basic” with this order…Pumpkin spice iced latte, the apple cranberry refresher and a few donuts. The donuts were delicious. The drinks, if you like the flavors, I’m sure are wonderful…just not for me. The pumpkin spice latte was like doing a line of nutmeg with a hint of creamy espresso, so if you’re into all that by all means it’s your drink ! The apple cranberry refresher was very refreshing but extremely overpowering. If Yankee candle was a flavor, that would be it. And Dunkin’, if that’s what you were going for…NAILED IT ! The drinks were made correctly just not my style. I ended up heading thru the drive thru and getting my good old hot coffee ☕ .
