The service and accuracy of orders has declined. I used to love this location. But lately it’s getting sloppy and careless. Today was the worst yet. The frozen coffee was half melted when I received it and it did not taste like coffee or the cookie dough flavor I asked for. It tasted like acid and straight garbage. Took two sips and couldn’t bare it. Worse $5 I have spent with DD so far. My last two visits I have not received a receipt so no way to comment on a survey specifically.

Worst dunkin ever, donuts literally looks store bought. I have never had donuts from dunkin this terrible looking and tasting. Not only that, I ordered a hot drink and specifically asked not to have caffeine added, they did anyways, either they don’t communicate or they just don’t care.

I ain’t gon lie I just moved to Sauk Village from Schaumburg and I don’t even write reviews but I’ve ordered Uber Eats I’ve pulled up the food and coffee is the best Dunkin I ever been too and I frequent Dunkin all the time when I was in my other area. Keep up the good work

I visit the South Village Dunkin’ Donuts every morning, and I can confidently say this is one of the best Dunkin’ locations around! I always order an extra-large hot coffee, creamy and sweet, along with two chocolate long johns. The crew here is incredibly friendly—they greet me with a smile every time and often already know my order before I even say it.
The drive-thru service is always quick and efficient, and my order is consistently accurate. Most importantly, the coffee always tastes fresh and delicious, just the way I like it. I really appreciate the great service and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this location!

I went here April 28th, 2025 to pick up my online order. Despite not saying it was closing anytime soon the front doors were locked. There were two kids outside who also wanted Dunkin but couldn’t get it because the worker inside had told them the store was closed. Seeing as the store was supposed to be open for another few hours, and seeing how I had already paid it made sense for me to enter and get the food that I had purchased no less than fifteen minutes before. Immediately, I’m getting yellled at by the worker, she’s constantly telling me to leave because they are closed despite the fact that I had already paid for my food and arrived on time to pick it up. I tried to explain this to her and had to fight with her for a chunk of time before she finally went to the to go get my food. MIND YOU, the food was already bagged and ready, it took her thirty seconds to retrieve it. So, for her to sit there and fight me so much on giving me the food that I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED was insane to me. I forgive her though, cause if she has to yell and fight with some random teenager over two dounuts and a coffee that were already bagged and ready to be served, she probably is going through something. I’m rooting for ya sister. ✊
When I left, I said thank you, she said nothing but she didn’t have to, I wasn’t expecting a response honestly. I made sure to give those two kids the donuts I had ordered as they were still outside and sad about the fact that they couldn’t get their Dunkin Donuts.

I placed a mobile order when I was 6 min away. They burned the wraps, but it was ok because we like them like that. The iced coffees tasted awful.. we waited at the window for over 9 min even though everything was done.. never going there again.

There is an employee that consistently parks in the ♿️. She is not handicapped. The striped box allows handicapped people to open their doors wider to make it easier to step out or to get a wheel chair out. She should have consideration for handicap people.

Went to the drive thru and ordered a hot coffee with sweet cold foam. Was told my drink is impossible to make because all the foam will spill out. I suggested not filling it to the brim with coffee so there is space for the foam but then the employee was rude. Left without buying anything. Go to the one down the road off 394.

I contemplated on writing this review. I am usually not the one to write bad reviews, but something needs to be done regarding this location. I have been a regular customer at this location for the past 6 years. I stop here everyday on my way to work. I get the same exact order every time. For the past couple of months, I have been experiencing nothing but poor customer service, my order has been wrong every single time, and they just can’t seem to get it right. I have been seeing some new faces, and I’ve noticed they are short staffed, not properly trained, and the customer service sucks. This place was my go to place, so I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s not getting any better. When I order hot food these days, they either say they are not serving hot food that day, or the wait is going to be 20min. This place had some amazing workers. (Dre, Infiniti, the morning ladies(I don’t know their names), they were all so amazing).I don’t see any of the familiar faces anymore. I don’t want to blame it on the new kids, I just think the management need to take control and make some necessary changes. They need to be staffed and trained properly. I probably won’t be returning to this location anymore. ☹️
