Went to Dominos for lunch on 11/12. At the counter to place the order, we were Welcomed nicely by Luis. During the ordering process, he was very polite. When waiting for the food, he asked me if I wanted the spicy version in case for the pizza. Great idea! Luis was very nice until the end, and the food was phenomenal! Perfect pizza for my Grandma, and my pizza was awesome as well, big thanks to Luis for the kindness, and recommendation for my pizza, which I enjoyed! 10/10, and I will recommend, especially when Luis Works.

Second time ordering here. My dad’s pizza was so soggy we had to put it in the air frier, wasn’t customized or anything. He ordered it well done. He ordered two sandwiches, one chicken bacon ranch and one buffalo. The chicken ranch one had buffalo sauce on it. So they used the same spreader on both sandwiches. I love dominos but this one in Crystal lake just doesn’t do their job well any more.

The worst domino’s order ever!! I ordered 1 Medium pizza stuffed crust ham and pepperoni … it’s thinner than paper and floppy, only cut a few inches in on each slice the entire middle was it’s own slice and not a single slice was even close to the same size and if all that wasn’t bad enough my pizza had extra random toppings and since im allergic to onions I can’t even attempt to eat this horrifying pizza because I can’t trust there isn’t a random onion like the pineapple I found or jalapeño or green pepper. I’D BE EMBARRASSED TO OWN THIS DOMINO’S !!!

I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch, pizza, and it seems as though because it was so busy the quality was less and less with every order that came out. I understand that sometimes things can be overwhelming for these workers, but I also know that quality over quantity is very important lesson for managers to teach their employees. Now that wouldn’t happen because it seems that the people that work here care very little about the position that they have. The managers are slobs and so are the cooks. No work ethic, and absolutely no integrity is shown in the food. I have never had a pizza so dry in my life. Domino’s is great just avoid the Crystal Lake location at all costs. I even see the manager’s responding. I appreciate your feedback and what not, but they’re not gonna do anything with the feedback. That cook will still be back there, touching his boogers and giving you the food, obviously cares very little about the quality of what they’re bringing out. For whatever reason it doesn’t even matter, I’ve worked in the food industry, and it’s not hard to put the items or ingredients that the person paid for. I should not have paid $23 for a pizza that had barely any of the ingredients that I had ordered. And on top of that, I asked for specifications for my pregnant fiancé, just for them to do the exact opposite of what I asked. It was extremely hard to swallow, I’m not even kidding you I had a gallon of water right next to me. Of course I ate it because I paid $23 for it… I don’t even wanna hear anything about the management making excuses for this bad service, and bad Food. It’s not just my opinion, a lot of people in the Crystal Lake community. Do not want to eat here because they do not care about what they’re cranking out. It could be the most busiest day of my life, and I’m gonna make my absolute best effort to do things in a time, efficient manner, and crank out food that people ordered. If you ask for no garlic, don’t put garlic, if I ask for spinach, put spinach, I don’t know if you guys know how much the vegetables are as add-ons, but it’s not cute… I hope that maybe one day sucky cooks will not work at these restaurants for years when they don’t even deserve to have stayed for more than an hour. I’m disgusted that my own fiancé could not eat or barely enjoy her meal because of a couple of people‘s inability to care about what their job Requirements are. Just shut down the place..
