Food is cooked and placed under a light. Hard to read the menu if you are not a local. Very busy business. I’m allergic to shrimp and could not get any rice. My hubby said the chicken and rice was fine

What can you say?
There is nothing on this earth better than a number 7 made by the one and only Mr. Lee who is still in the back kitchen holding it down.

Yes it has changed visually but the food taste is still the same (just a little smaller portions) but if you are from Algiers and grew up on that number 7 chicken plate with the big shot on the side- then this is a must to go back and enjoy the memories one bite at a time.

There are other options, meat pies, kabobs, shrimp, egg rolls, nothing beat the original made by the original Mr. Lee.

Cash only (atm inside), take out only. Locally owned spot, super friendly. Food is always fresh and delicious. I typically do the shrimp + chicken and add an egg roll and it’s enough food for 2 meals for $15. I also like the fish, and apparently need to be trying the kabobs based on these reviews!

Cooks don’t wear masks in kitchen and serving. Fried rice had no flavor but lots of onions, shrimp were big but big does not mean better. They have a good business, it’s in the neighborhood….. but it’s not for me.
My curiosity was satisfied

My favorite is the number #7 which consist of 7 or 10 pieces of chicken and double shrimp fried rice and/or egg roll. And they shish kabob is the best I ever tasted especially dip in a specialty soy sauce.

I have been knowing Mr. Lee and his family for years. Our kids went to school together. The food there is very good, and they pack your plate! I think I’ve had everything on the menu. My son lives out of town, but makes it his business to stop, say hello and order his favorites when he visits. Go and see for yourself, you won’t be sorry!
