Great restaurants. Food was great. The parking is on the street.

The BEST Thai food. I’m shocked this place isn’t packed every day. I’ve been living LA for several years and have been on the hunt for good Thai food – and this is the only spot that serves real Thai food. The service is exceptional and I’ve ordered practically every dish on the menu and have loved each item I’ve ordered. You can’t beat the prices either! The average dish is about $10.00 per item. Highly recommend!

My first experience with thai food. This spot did not disappoint. All the dishes we ordered were amazing. They definitely exceeded my expectations. The service was great, and we got our food pretty quickly. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

We heard about this place while dining at another restaurant. Thought we’d give it a try. The egg rolls were my favorite! So good we ordered a second serving. Everything was yummy.

The older owner still whines and whines about his business that turn a turn decades ago, but recently refused to honor a lunch special price for a regular customer because it was 10 minutes after the designated time. Too bad because the food was so consistent and good for decades, even the tried and true Pad Thai and enormous stuffed chicken wings – delicious, fragrant and seasoned perfectly. He should retire, turn it over to the young guys relative, who knows that service is as important as food.

Wonderful, affordable and authentic Thai food in a low-key setting. Family owned business from 1985, so if it survived this long, it really means something. The staff (owners) and service are amazing, very helpful, humble and down to earth people, serving traditional dishes – it really feels good eating here, and I always happily come back. Thank you Emerald Thai Cuisine! And I hope you’ll stick around for a long time!

The Thai food here is decent for the West Side. The cup of water given to me still had lipstick on the rim. I would recommend the Panang Curry. I would not recommend the Chicken Satay, the chicken is not marinated enough and lacks flavor, the peanut sauce also lacks flavor.
