To the girl taking out order at drive through about an hour ago, you didn’t have to get an attitude with my mom. She saw what was on the screen, tried to correct it because it was wrong and you said “I know I can hear you”. Well you still gave us the wrong food we wanted that sandwich no cheese and plain, you refused to change the order and gave us wrong food.

Pulled up to the drive thru with a trailer in tow. One vehicle in front of us no one behind us. We were told he wouldn’t take our order because we had trailer on. No where on the property does it say you can not have a trailer in the drive thru. What a complete waste of time they will never get my business again.

It took a few tries, but I ordered a double with no salt, no cheese for a keto meal. First pass, I could hear staff had added salt.
They said pull forward, we’re making fresh burgers for you. Cool. Burger came out with cheese. No go. 3rd time I got plain , no salt burgers. I pitched the buns. I avoid the high salt cheese, sugar and salt loaded buns. Let food be thy medicine.

We stopped then & took our ‘iced coffee’ back in-for an exchange-it was just watered milk-no vanilla flavor-no coffee flavor either! The girl was instantly super snotty-wouldn’t wait on us-went around the corner & wouldn’t come out! Thankfully a caring co-worker embarrassingly came out & corrected it.

Both my boyfriend are in agreement this is possibly the worst McDonald’s in America, our orders are frequently wrong and you always have to pull forward
Frequently soggy or cold fries, just recently we ordered a double filet o fish meal with extra pickle, receipt and box say it but when you open it up, it’s a single filet with two pickles. I know its just a fast food joint, but could the people even attempt to care?

Dirtiest McDonald’s I have personally seen. Staff is rude. To make things worst, my fries were cold! 25 minutes for cold makes for sad night. Disappointing.

Waited in line for 25 minutes before leaving. If you are going to the Thermopolis McDonalds after 8 don’t. They completely ignore the drive through if there is anyone inside.

We were traveling through. The child’s Happy Meal did not get the requested ketchup or bbq sauce. We went back to get it. Then as we were leaving town I discovered the Big Mac didn’t have anything on it. It was 2 pattys and a slice of cheese. Definitely not worth the price. We are very disappointed.
