Literally the best experience I have ever had. The food was great, the service was even better, and it made for the perfect atmosphere. Thank you for serving great quality organic noodles. The boba was so yummy and the egg rolls we cooked to perfection. Needless to say we came hungry and left so happy and full. This place needs more stars!

This place is the standard in customer service and tasty food. I ordered the spicy seafood soup and a spring roll. Both were extremely extremely well in taste and serving amount.
Secondly most important is when you come here you are treated like family not a client. I hardly give reviews but this place well deserves it. May God continue blessing this place and family that run it.

EXACTLY what my gf and I were looking Pho…lol A nice BIG bowl of deliciousness. We had the Pho Nam (brisket pho), spring rolls, and Boba. I literally had a Ratatouille moment ❤️ THANK YOU to the cook (that knows EXACTLY the magic they are making in the kitchen) and the staff with their wonderful and genuine attention to customer satisfaction. Top tier food at a fantastic price.

So welcoming!! This place was great. The owner was so sweet and made us feel very welcome. He talked with us for a bit and gave us some drink samples and recommendations. So friendly and kind. Was given wrong order, and pho was flavorless. Basil is advertised in menu pictures but had to ask twice for Basil, only to get one measly sprig to share between two bowls. Spring roll was the only somewhat redeeming dish we Tried. Tried to leave without tipping, but ajumma started yelling to check off an option from the card receipt. Price compared those of pho places 30 minutes south in the SFV were similar but quality was so much worse. Tried two pho places so far in Santa Clarita and have been severely disappointed by them so far, especially as a Vietnamese person raised on quality pho his whole life. Will not be coming back to this place.

This location is NOT authentic Vietnamese and they should market themselves as Korean-Vietnamese fusion. I asked the lady about some Vietnamese dishes and she had no idea what I was talking about. The older male was very personable. For a takeout order of egg rolls and KIDS pho, it’s was $27.90. Everything about the dishes was off. The dipping sauce for the egg rolls (not vinegar based), the type of wrapping, the pho itself and the toppings, the pho lacked complexity and did not have aromatics, the toppings did not include basil but included cilantro. It was only after ordering did I notice that the Korean restaurant next door is connected to this one, I should’ve ordered Korean food instead. Overall disappointed and will not be returning. I am glad that others had a more positive experience.

The portion is getting smaller and smaller. Even if you ask for extra meat, they bring you some transparent shreds of cloth-like thing, calling it an extra meat for the soup. Ridiculous! You must be ashamed of your services.

because REAL pho has a SAVORY
healthy taste made from SIMMERING (beef) BONE BROTH SIMMERING for AT LEAST 4 to 8 HOURS causing the healthy OMEGA-3 fats, vitamins, minerals, etc from the bone marrow to melt into the broth WHICH YOU CAN TASTE
The pho they made was just plain HOT WATER, almost flavorless soup that tasted like it came from a regular plain ramen at-home with hot water added — I’ve had CUP O’NOODLES that had MORE FLAVOR & savoriness than the fake “pho” served
–it’s like they had NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE OR COOK PHO & just added hot water to some rice noodles with a soup packet from a ramen instant noodles package
— I feel sorry for all the people who ate the fake bland ‘pho’ served and thinking that was how “pho” was supposed to taste

Read all reviews before eating here! It’s for your safety! This place is ridiculous! You go in and the two women working are horrible. They ignored my family and I! They took 45 mins just for water and 2 cans of sprite. They had no customer service when we were ready to order they didn’t come and ask how they can help or what do we want to eat. The old lady came and said “What you want” with so much attitude. When we were fed up and wanted to leave we stopped one of them and asked for the check and to cancel our food it’s taking to long. The old rude attitude filled lady looked at my wife and I and said ok. Then proceeded to bring our food out 10 mins later. We refused to eat because my bowl looked overcooked beef and my wife’s pho had a slice of meat in it that’s it. When we asked why that’s it they just gave us attitude. Not only that we went it for chicken and they had none at all. The dumplings were from a frozen bag you can tell. My wife’s spring rolls the only thing they brought out in time were crunchy and the lettuce seemed ok. All the vegetables and sides seemed old and dried. This whole restaurant is old, dried, and not worth any but of time. I saw ppl leaving full bowls disappointed. They even rejected like 8 uber eats because they don’t want to drive Uber no more. Then the one doordasher that came in while we were there waited like 20 mins for food for his job and then left because they never addressed him again. They show no respect to customers, have horrible food quality, no one person seemed like they were filling any kind of health codes. Then looked pissed when I did pay the check even though I shouldn’t have. She looked pissed I didn’t tip why would I tip for late everything, horrible customer service, and old food. The ladies had more attitude than anyone I have ever met! This place needs to be closed down!
