I have to take one star ⭐ off, it seems that in the past year or more there has been new hires and the training isn’t consistent. Granted it wasn’t too full for a Saturday night and the 3 ppl working the food line were slow and honestly lacking efficiency at pulling the orders through some as simple as I’ve cream or nachos. The new girls take too long. I’d like to add the girl in the pink was definitely picking up the slack.

Lots of traditional and non traditional flavors of ice cream available here. I personally go for the yogurt flavor. It is a plain yogurt flavor so it’s a bit tart and it has dried fruit and nuts mixed in it. They also carry piñon (pine nut) and mamey (a type of fruit) ice cream flavors.

Great selection of American and true Mexican ice cream selections. You must try the fresas con crema, mangonada and nachos. You should order the #1 cup for ice cream. You can select up to 2 flavors and it’s big serving. It can get pricey if you selected a lot of things. The largest nachos cost around $8.

she watched me use the machines knowing the machines don’t work and being one of the only customers in the store at the time. When I asked her about the machine she said that inform all the customers that their toy machines don’t work. I asked for the number she said since they don’t own the machine. She says we don’t know who owns them. ??? Attitude while being serviced and again being the only people ordering at the time took over 20 min for ice cream that is literally a 2 min task. At the price there charging it should be better service then this.

The food was ok, but I have nothing but bad things to say about the service and the ladies working in this location. They got my order wrong. After I notified them of the error, they did not want to fix their mistake and wanted me to the food as it was. I notified them that this issue needs to be resolved because I ordered correctly. I understand mistakes happen, however I was not responsible. With a very rude and unprofessional manner they remade my order. The lady kept staring at me in a very mean and rude way. I will not be returning to this location. Do better ladies. Sincerely your customer.

The staff was great BUT I order the nachos and I ended up getting ToTopos chips instead of the traditional nacho chips. En coco bongo #3 fruta and nachos are great. Just saying.
