Very cool restaurant filled with a lot of sports memorabilia. The food was exceptional and my group will be returning. The steakburger patties were very juicy and the garlic fries have just the right amount of garlic. There is a good amount of non beef items to choose from.

We enjoyed two steak burgers, Photo Finish and the All Star. One with sweet potato fries and the other with onion rings. Food was outstanding, despite it being a little pricey ($14 for the hamburger and $8 for the onion rings). We also enjoyed the Pizza Pan Cookie. This place is close to home so worth it for us!

Fun place to eat a burger. They have some really funny signs. Please go read all of them on the walls even the ones heading to the restrooms. We got there early and the place was empty but by the time we were done, it was full. We are lucky we got there when we did. I had a BBQ burger and it was delicious! The staff and was nice and friendly and provide good service. I will be there soon for sure.

Matty Gs is the ISH!!! In town to see our niece play ball, we’re in need of a good meal & boy, did we find one!! Place is just plain cool, fun & welcoming. Our server Morgan was the sweetest, so helpful & took the best care of us. Their menu has lots of goodies to choose from for all kinds of tastes. I had a Lobster roll that was better than any I’ve had, including seafood places in California. It was delicious!!! I recommend you have it with the Wasabi aioli. Atmosphere, feel, look, food, drinks, service, memorabilia…this place ROCKS. Comfy bar & great choices on tap. I highly recommend you give it a chance. So do it already!!

First time at Matty G’s.
1. Greeted by a gentleman who handed me a menu and said look it over and let the cashier know when you are ready to order.
2. Alley was awesome. Upbeat and I asked her for suggestions. Ally said, “All star is the most popular”, She like the “triple crown”, “bullet work”, “Hail Mary”, “Alley Ooop” and the “field of dreams”. Ally also suggested the sweet potato fries (her favorite)
3. I ordered “the Big Hurt” ( one steak burger patty, grilled ham, applewood smoked bacon, cream cheese, tomato, bacon, jam and fried egg) with “garlic fries” Also it was accompanied with Matty G’s Fry Sauce (sauce was ok)
4. FYI Everything is a la cart…
5. Bun was a little burned (did not eat)
6. Ham, Bacon and burger was definitely over cooked) – little disappointing
7. Garlic Fries
8. 3 cooks on the grill, cashier and a waiter
9. Not very busy when I arrived only 2 people were at the table and 1 at the bar area
10. When leaving out there were more people were coming in.
11. Small bar
12. Pricey ($20) no drink ordered.
13. Also no Apple or Google pay (ahhhhh no)
I will try another choice next time hope for a better burger (not dried out) …… the thing that saves them with me was the customer service (attentive/clean/friendly staff).
Next visit I will try the “perfect game” – chicken sandwich.lol….
I still recommend this location to anyone in the area and who wants to try it out. They may enjoy there burger, fries etc….

We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while, and finally got the chance yesterday. The decor is kinda neat with lots of sports memorabilia all over the walls. The staff was super friendly and welcomed us as we walked in the door. There are so many burgers to choose from it was a bit tough deciding on just one. I finally chose the Monster at Midway burger and my wife tried the Rocky burger. The burgers came out fairly quickly, and we were so hungry I almost forgot to take the photos The burgers were pretty good, but I was not a fan of the bun at all. It reminded me of a Kings Hawaiian Roll. It kind of had a sweetness that I thought kind of overpowered the flavor of the burger. My wife said the pesto on her burger was really salty. Glad we tried it, but probably won’t go back.

Good burger but it was pretty pricey for what it was to be honest. Also they give you a tiny container of their “secret” sauce with their fries and have the audacity to charge you more for extra when it’s quite clearly just Mayo, ketchup, and a little bit of seasoning mixed together.

My wife got the All Star burger and she loved it. I got the Hail Mary protein style and it was amazing. Everything was decorated super cool and we’ll be sure to come back again!

I came today for my lunch from work and I think it’s safe to say I’m a regular now. The sports memorabilia is great to look at and the vibe is great with friendly staff greeting you right away. A bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it with the amazing food. Lots of burgers to choose from, I had the triple crown and loved it, try the onion rings and fried jalepenos too!
