We were in town for work and unsure where we’d eat on Thanksgiving. We happened to stumble upon their Thanksgiving buffet and were so glad we did! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The waitstaff were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone!

Tried for the first time for lunch with our grandson….mainly at first because of the planes! But will be back for the food! Delicious! The chef was very accommodating for my husband with his low/no sodium requirements and they have no peanuts on the premises! Loved talking with Amanda! All our food was hot, plentiful and soo good! Very pleasant and we will be back!

We ate in the newly opened dining room. We love Balance downtown, and we’re excited for a location closer to where we live!
The food was EXCELLENT! I had a Street Corn Chicken Bowl, my daughter had the kid’s pancakes with tater tots, and my husband had the burger and chips. We also got the parmesan garlic fries to start. We have only the best things to say about how the food tasted, and about the service. My daughter said the pancakes were the best she’s had.
10/10 we’ll definitely eat here a lot!

First time eating at the new airport location. Server Ashley offered 2 samples to find the perfect wine. Had pineapple margarita, mushroom risotto and pierogies and kielbasa. Large portions. Windows face the runway to watch planes land. Also bar seating and breakfast/ lunch menu.

Walked in to grab some food quickly after a meeting at the airport on December 22. 5-10 minutes later, someone talked to me and I eventually got a menu and water. Another 10 minutes or so and my order was in, an hour or so later, I got my salad…I walked out about an hour and a half after I walked in. Good food, but VERY slow service. Also, while their “marketplace” option is supposed to be a way to grab and go, it is not obvious how to use that option…I end up just going into the restaurant for food instead because I can’t figure it out and no one is there except one waitress.

We had the absolute best experience with Balance for our wedding! From the start, they offered a wide variety of food options and even let us do a tasting, which made the planning process so fun. Everything was executed perfectly—the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was incredible as well; the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We received so many compliments from our guests, who all raved about how much they loved their meal. We are so grateful and couldn’t recommend Balance more highly! Amanda and Chef Dallas are amazing!

I’ve been to this restaurant twice, and both times the service was painfully slow—around an hour just to get our food. On my most recent visit, they messed up my order, and I never even received my meal. The food itself is mediocre at best, but I’ll give the atmosphere more than one star since the place is clean. If you’re looking for a quick bite before your flight, I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

The bartender/waitress Amanda is amazing. Personable, sweet and the best!!! The garlic/parm fries were good, but the Bloody Mary and Amanda’s kindness made it all exceptional.

I think this restaurant has really great service as well as top of the line food. The restaurant is really nice. I mean excellent art, lighting, tv. The only downside to this is there are hardly any planes to be seen from the window. I especially like the marketplace, but I am not sure what the hours are anymore.

There was 10 of us for a Birthday celebration, From beginning to end we had a great time, the food was delicious and the staff all were geat!!!! Some of the party moved to the bar and continued to celebrate, they loved the bar tender and the specialty drinks.
