Very good food and fast service. I would return! The straws are complicated to get out of the plastic and the small lids are tight on the holes.

This location has become my favorite Raising Cane’s location. The food’s always hot and delicious. The service is always been excellent. It’s always a good stop, when I feel like eating chicken fingers.

Raising Cane’s is known for its chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast. Not healthy, but from time to time we need to visit. The toast is amazing if done correctly. Chicken fingers are tasty and goes well with the special sauce. Lemonade is very refreshing. All in all good place to go.

Loved the food! Service was great! This a fairly newly built place so very clean and well taken care of. I only have 2 complaints. 1. Parking is terrible. I think there are 15 parking places and half were taken I’m assuming by employees.? There was only 3 people eating inside, so not sure, just speculating. Next is the music. My wife of 38yrs and I was on a “date” and it was very hard to hear what she was saying due to the music being so loud. I don’t mind background music, but just way to loud for me. All and all I would go back. The food was worth it. Just get it to go.

I stopped at Raising Cane’s because there was no line and I figured I could get through the drive thru in under the usual 25 minutes. As I was ordering, I started wondering why there was no line at noon on a weekday when the Chick-fil-A across the street was packed as usual.

I like Raising Cane’s, so I thought I would give them another shot. But after paying over $10 for a three-piece meal, I quickly saw why there was no wait. The chicken tenders were about half the size they normally are. Honestly, they were closer to chicken nuggets. I felt like I just paid over $10 for three nuggets and a handful of fries.

Thinking it had to be a mistake or maybe a kids meal, I asked the manager. She politely confirmed it was correct and gave me a full refund, which I appreciated. She even offered to let me keep the food, but I declined. It wasn’t really a meal unless you are a little kid. I did look around while I was in there and there were some people that had some bigger tenders. However that just highlights the inconsistencies of this establishment.

This was the first time I have ever asked for a refund at a fast-food restaurant and it was disappointing. I have completely lost faith in this location. Unless things change, I would not be surprised if this Raising Cane’s is shutdown within a year. It looks like Chick-fil-A could use a second location across the street.

To summarize.. if the only thing on your menu is chicken tenders, then you should probably do chicken tenders better than anywhere else.

I’m not a big fan of crinkle fries, so that might affect my opinion that their fries are kind of mediocre. They weren’t hot or crispy. The chicken didn’t have a whole lot of flavor, and it seemed a little greasy to me, but the dipping sauce was delicious and the bread was a nice touch. But hey, they’re open on Sunday 🙂

The food was very good except for the dipping sauce. It would be nice if you had other selections. Both the naked chicken strips and the breaded ones we’re both good, as were the crinkle cut fries and the coleslaw. The lemonade was overly sweet and not lemony. I was not fond of the concept of them having unisex restrooms as the one I went in had urine all over the floor. Their menu is super small so it should be a very profitable business as well as less chance of them making errors. Good fast service.

Got Drive Thru from here on February 15th and contracted norovirus.
I’ve never been sicker in my entire life!..
Will never eat canes again. Use this review as a warning, employees apparently don’t wash their hands here.. especially after taking a poop. “I don’t have to wash my hands EVERY time I shit” has never crossed MY mind, BUT apparently it crossed the mind of the fry-cook that dreadful Sunday. Never again will I be victimized by this bummy chicken. Lost 10 pounds in 72 hours.

Well we went thru the drive thru, the line was long but it wasnt dreadful. My kids actually got 2 free combos from thier school for thier perfect attendance, so that was nice, I got thier chicken sandwiche combo and it was good, small amount of fries, I would have liked more, very pleasant people.

I am very upset with my canes! I have 4 kids and they all love chicken fingers and beg me to get chick fil a or canes. As a southern mother who grew up in georgia, i was very excited to get my children their protein in. Yum yums! Right? WRONG! I ordered six caniac box deals. They were cold and the chicken was.. moist. Wet. the fries were soggy, and the young lady looked at my child with disdain. I am deeply hurt and ashamed and I cried for hours when I got home. My child did not seem to care, but he should! I am so ashamed of him okay stop Siri stop Siri stop. My oldest child Bella (she’s 9) said “Mommy, my chicken tastes like wet paper.” I cried again and held her tight. Your food made my daughter remember her old addiction to eating wet construction paper. Mad. scared for my life.
