Always great food, always great service. I have been going to the Cambridge location for years and am glad they decided to open this location in Princeton. My go to place when I’m in the mood for Mexican food whether don’t in or take out. Try the Chori Pollo and didn’t forget a side of cheese dip for your chips.

We had jalapeño poppers, chori Pollo & seafood enchiladas (was supposed to be Enchiladas suprimas) we were ok with the oops but they offered a free house margarita as a comp. Very friendly staff. We asked for more salsa with the free chips & it’s now in my top 3 restaurant for salsas! Chori Pollo & Chipotle burrito & chicken Chimichangas are always tasty & top favorite dinners!

We had an incredible experience with delicious, authentic dishes bursting with flavor during our first visit for dinner. The carne asada fajitas impressed with tender steak, grilled veggies, and flavorful marinade. The chori pollo surpassed any I’ve tasted north of the cities, even outshining Elk River’s Mucho Loco. And let’s not forget the crispy, savory house-made chips paired perfectly with the house salsa.

Literally, the BEST steak fajitas I’ve had in probably 3 or 4 years of eating in various Mexican and/or Tex-Mex restaurants!!! It was all cooked and served perfectly, exactly as I ordered it, as was the rest of the meals at my table with co-workers. The cheese dip was absolutely on point, with the right amount of bite to it, we went through 2 baskets of chips, 1 bowl of salsa, and 1 of cheese dip. Great atmosphere, good music, and great attentive service. We went in for lunch, and they weren’t very busy at all, but this place was excellent in every aspect for us!!! Great experience on a Saturday night. The owner and staff helped us celebrate a friend’s engagement by bring us a speaker and the iPad to play music so we could sing and dance the night away. The food was delicious, drinks were great and the atmosphere was so much fun.
