The interior is newer. The new floor is beautiful. The food was pretty good. 3 ground brisket sliders for $8. And pretty darn good too. The food was decent and CHEAP for bar food. I couldn’t get the jukebox to work on the app. There was only one waitress on a Friday night? And bummer, they haven’t gotten any live music yet… But us Simi locals that love our live music options are very hopeful!!!

I’m from Wisconsin and this is the closest I’ve felt to home being in a local dive bar in a very long time. If you like dives, no frills places, and good drink prices – this is a great spot. The bartender was matter of fact, quick and poured the stiffest dark and stormy I’ve ever had. Over half the glass was dark rum. Went on a Wednesday night and they had karaoke, not too busy.

New in town and decided to give the place a try. 3 people sitting at the bar, no one else in the place .Bar tender walks past me 3 times and takes care of one of the regulars and walks past me again, ignoring me. So I left. Went to the Golden Nugget and had a beer within 30 seconds, and more people were in the place.

If you want honesty, look no further.
Is this that lit place on the top of a rooftop of a hotel type of bar? No. But why would you want it to be anything other than what it is? A safe environment to sing karaoke, a friendly environment with the chillest staff, great home cooked food, and a truly relaxed atmosphere that will make you feel you are at home. Great prices for drinks and the friendly bartenders you have been searching for. They are small and privately owned so when they get busy, remember they are working their asses off to meet the demands. The only issue I have is with the smoke, but compared to other bars or “divebars” it really isn’t as bad.
I love it here and you will too!

Great little dive bar! The owner Sherry is a sweetheart and surrounds herself with awesome staff. We have not eaten here yet but we’re told by other patrons to try the patty melt. Cheers

4.5 stars. Great local dive. Fred, Jenn, and the rest are great people. I come here once a week for lunch. The negative reviews make no sense. I’ve never seen people wait a long time for drinks, food is always good. It’s a bar, not a 5 star dining experience. Visit, have a drink, chill….
