Bamboo is a great addition to the Montauk restaurant options. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The view of the ocean is lovely and serene. The spice tuna crispy rice and the teriyaki chicken lettuce wraps were also a great start. The location is tucked away at the Breakers, there is no sign from the road so keep an eye out for it!

Bamboo is one of my favorite spots in Southampton, so I was really excited to see them open a location in Montauk. Amazing water views and nicely tucked away out of town- this is a great spot for drinks and snacks at the bar or a nice sit down meal. The drinks are outstanding, hard to find a watermelon margarita that doesn’t taste too artificial but Bamboo’s is the best! They have a huge menu with plenty of options for individual meals, or enough to share a bunch of small plates for a group who wants to try a bit of everything. Definitely will be back!

We loved Bamboo Montauk! The view of the ocean is beautiful! Friendly staff. Our server, Jeremy, was amazing. The bartender, Orson, made awesome drinks and was a wealth of knowledge about the east end. Very relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. We will definitely be back.

So happy Bamboo came to Montauk! The sushi is amazing, the whole crew is so great… the view, cannot be beat. I’ve always loved The Breakers property, but this restaurant is the absolute cherry on top! Can’t wait to sip on Orson’s amazing cocktails all summer long!

The restaurant has a nice view of the ocean, and the wait staff is very friendly. However, the food is poor quality for the high price. The chicken teriyaki had no teriyaki sauce. It was just store bought chili sauce (soy yay?). The dumplings and fried rice tasted like they were bought frozen and just heated up. There was also no hot sake. With all the other restaurants in Montauk, I I would not go back unless the quality of the food greatly improved.
