Great food! Met the owner and head chef, his name is Alfred, what a wonderful man, he’s been in the business a very long time. Such an amazing thing to have him open this restaurant in our town! Be sure to check it out today, and if you like eggplant Parmesan and Angel hair, this is probably the best plate I’ve ever had! Great wine list also:)

Absolutely wonderful, food and drinks were excuted perfectly. Our waitress Sophia was excellent. The only issue we had was a different waitress was walking around saying very rude things about the boss and being told to go do her job. I think her exact words were “he picked the wrong one” and “I will leave here in second”. I don’t know the situation but they may want to look into her behavior in front of customers. Doesn’t change the fact that everything else was awesome including our waitress.

Th Italian dishes are excellent. Haven’t yet tried the Greek dishes. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Our server was young and inexperienced, but a nice young man. Needs more guidance throughout the entire meal. Please serve a better bread. Suggest warm Ciabatta (or similar). An excellent bread sets the stage for an excellent dining experience.

We attended Artemis for the first time tonight. If you have not gone, please visit there or make the drive to Thibodaux for it! The portions were perfect! The service, our server Jess, was phenomenal! It is definitely a great date night, or a family night. We had a Caesar salad to start. The freshness of the cheese. The homemade dressing! *chef’s kiss* We shared the tour of Italy, and my goodness! It takes you to a small town in Italy and makes you feel like you are there. My husband had a side of meatballs. I am not a meatball eater but tried it, and man, the tenderness and melt in your mouth flavor!!!! The flavors of the food is so genuine and homemade. You can tell that there is so much love in every dish! Fresh food! Homemade food! Excellent service! You can’t beat any of those. Also, doesn’t destroy your pockets on price! I pray it stays around for a long time, because we will be visiting again!

Everything about Artemis was perfect. Host and wait staff were extremely helpful, efficient , and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting . The food was incredible. Tasty and creative . Just the kind of restaurant Thibodaux has needed . Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did !

My wife and I went to try the new Italian restaurant. We were seated and we waited for fifteen minutes and no one came and even took our drink orders! We watched people that came in after us get served. This is not a good way to start a business. If I could I would give 0 stars!

I’ve eaten here 3 times and it’s always great. Great food, service and atmosphere.so nice to have this restaurant in thibodaux. Lemon marscapone cake is my favorite dessert here!
