Legitimately every time I come through lose Jack in the Box whether it’s in person or in the drive-through my order is not only messed up with the staff is completely rude. I’ve tried to address this issue more than once with the management on staff. I’ve tried to give them more than enough attempts with me coming back most recently today I came through. I tried to explain that I was looking for a specific item. The gal behind this screen was rude simply just overall that somebody that I would like to deal with ever again you’re in the customer service field for a reason please act as though you’re here to serve the customer. 2/1/26- Roughly 145 in the afternoon

Not sure who manages this location, but the food is horrible. I paid 20 dollars for 3 separate items that were un edible. I threw it all away. The manager and Jack in the box executives should be ashamed of themselves. Not sure what is wrong with people who work at fast food places. If you don’t like your job and can’t do a good one, go find something else to do. The public didn’t create your life, YOU DID. Don’t take it out on the rest of us. Management offer better training!!!! I see why this store has low ratings Victoria A, the manager is just as nasty as her employees. She got offended because after I spoke to her two different times for the same order, one of the cooks came from out of nowhere and asked me what was wrong. All of this is on camera so there’s no need to make it up. I guess he was going back to his shift and she got mad because I expressed to him my issue .
Had to ask the employee behind the counter to put gloves on while he made the food. Employees please remember disposable gloves are disposable change them as often as possible. If you’re going to wipe up something before you go to touch food change your gloves. Stop being lazy and disgusting!!

Service is very slow
Food is not hot and when I returned the cold fries and ask for hot fries I got the same fries. I WANT HOT FRIES AND FOOD!!!!
Atmosphere is dingy at best.
Don’t come here you are wasting your time
And they are not open 24 hours.
It is 550am on a Monday. They have the dining room closed and they cannot take online orders
My car is too…large for the drive thru. I knock on the window and no one notices me at the window.

Updated: The District Manager reached out to me about this after using the URL provided. I’m boosting the service and food scores in appreciation of the effort (and because the food was otherwise fine) and will visit again at some point.
Original: Even though it’s 2025, it’s still customary to drain the grease from the fries before serving, geniuses.
That said, this disgrace definitely has the drive-thru with the nicest view of a car wash, at least at the corner of Bowes & St. Rose.

Horrible location they take forever idk if it’s cause under staffed or what but always the same ,also ordered food and it looks nothing like the picture this is the saucy boneless wings it’s supposed to be covered completely in sauce then try to call and see if i could exchange for different meal later because I’m at work and says no I can come get more sauce later horrible customer service ,will be going back after work to try and get a refund not even eating it, false advertising if anything

I never leave reviews but something needs to be said. This location must have used bots to get anything above 1 star. I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes. You will waste your time and money. I ended up not ordering and just waiting to pull out because there is no lane to get out. If you order here you will be trapped in purgatory. The franchisee should be ashamed of themselves, peoples time is valuable. Please heed my advice and save your time and money.
