This is my first time at this Starbucks, and I was very impressed by the staff’s hard work. They were very fast and dedicated. Their interactions among themselves and customers were polite and positive. Brandon (or Brandson) stood out the most by how fast he worked.

I’ve been coming here the last few days before and after work and most recently during my lunch break.
Let me tell you – the people that work here are amongst the nicest people I’ve encountered in nearly all of Miami. Everytime I walk in here the atmosphere makes me feel like I am at home and it’s such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere with quality music and vibes.

I have to give a big shoutout to the two (2) young Z’s who where working my first time in this location during the day shift, last week. What a pleasure – thank you both for being so nice – in an area/city where we need friendliness more!
The cashier was super friendly, and when someone took my drink the young man apologized and quickly made a new one. No questions asked.

I love this Starbucks location. Every time I go I get treated very nicely and the baristas are super sweet. They made my drink perfectly and it tasted great. We got the star drink, dragón refresher, and the matcha latte. They were all very tasty but the only thing was that the dragon drink was a little too sweet. We also got things to eat. We got the spinach, white egg and feta wrap which was nice. We also got the egg bites which surprised me and were better than I thought. Also another thing to add is that I loved how the store was decorated in pride. It made the environment very welcoming and a nice place to get a drink. Overall 9/10

Unfortunately this is my home Starbucks and the staff has 0 customer service skills. It’s just uncomfortable to come in and see someone that hates their job and reflects that into the consumer. No smiles, no greeting. I’m not sure if they are not properly trained, or not grateful to have a job. Regardless of what it is, we shouldn’t have to pay for their lack of service.
