The burger was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The patty had a great sear on the outside while staying tender inside, and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together.

The food here is amazing. I visited for the first time and they had a bit of a line, with good reason! The staff was kind in updating me when the food was taking longer than usual and brought the food promptly after. Let me tell you, that burger was worth the wait! It was so juicy and full of flavor. I got the double cheeseburger and my boyfriend the impossible burger and we loved it. Definitely recommend!

Had a quick bite at Win-Dow Hollywood and it was solid. The chicken sandwich was crispy with the right flavors — easily a 5/5. The veggie bowl was decent but nothing special, about a 3/5. Fries were excellent — perfectly crispy and paired really well with their house-made sauce. Great prices overall, especially for the quality. Would come back for the chicken sandwich and fries.

After enjoying the original location so much I was happy to stop by the Hollywood spot and hoped that it would become a regular visit since I am in the area so often.
Sadly it just did not hit the right notes like the original.
I ordered the double cheeseburger and it was served hot but a few components just missed the mark. The bun was still fantastic and this burger was saucy and cheesy. But the onions weren’t cooked well so they were in between that raw and softened state, still stringy and not biting well. The pickles seemed to be cut way thicker here and did not pair well with the burger. And the patties were so overcooked and under seasoned, they were dry and bland.
As for the chocolate s’mores shake, this is a really good chocolate shake just not a good s’mores shake. But again, a few issues. The shake was already melted by the time it was handed to me. The chocolate shake was chocolatey, malty, rich and not too sweet but so tasty. The only “s’mores” aspect was the marshmallow topping and graham crackers, but the crackers were already soggy and mush while the marshmallow didn’t really add much to what is already a great shake.

The Win~Dow serves a really good Cheeseburger & Fries! When you are in the Hollywood Blvd & Highland Avenue area, and you just need a quick bite, the Win~Dow is a walk up Grill right in the heart of Hollywood activities. Many tourists, locals and workers were seen eating there…outside seating and tables available.
There are other Eateries in the immediate area, so people are enjoying the various Take Away foods…
If you are staying at the Loews Hotel, the Win~Dow is outside the front door, and to the right into the Shopping Complex.
Fresh informal food at a reasonable price, in the heart of Hollywood. Of course totally informal, grab & go – or grab & eat there!
A simple menu for a hot meal – a cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions…$6.36 including a Tip.

I tried the fried chicken sandwich and cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger tasted better, IMO, but both were good. Next time, I would skip the guacamole since it wasn’t fresh.

One of my favorite smash burger joints. This location is quick and always on it. The atmosphere is a vibe. Lots of outdoor seating and great spot to people watch while enjoying your tasty burger. I always get the iced tea. Adds a nice touch to the meal. After your meal you can peruse around the mall to walk it off. Come eat !

Tried the “Fried Chicken Sandwich” on my recent trip to Hollywood LA, last month. Personally felt the chicken was a bit too crispy fried for my taste, lost the juiciness slightly, but overall ate well. Will try the other burgers in their menu later, when I visit again.
