Try this place out because my coworker has been ranting and raving about this place all week. I had to wait for someone to come take my order. The Alfredo Pasta was ok, but the little garlic pieces in foil, had me questioning was that normal. Not sure if that how they serve the bread, but ok. That interaction should have been better. $9.95 for this little piece of cheesecake . Tried to get a refund. They said no because u left the store, No problem I WILL NOT BE BACK. OVERLY PRICED

We’ve ordered from this Russo’s many times and have always loved their food, but last night their customer service truly went above and beyond.
We ordered through Uber Eats, and unfortunately the delivery experience was a disaster. The driver marked the order as delivered, left a package at our door, took a photo, and then took the order back and left!!
We called Russo’s simply to make them aware of what had happened, since Uber Eats handles delivery for them.
Beatrice was beyond kind, patient, and professional. She immediately offered to remake our order and took ownership of a situation that wasn’t even the restaurant’s fault and made it right anyway.
Thank you, Beatrice, for caring about your customers and your business. We will absolutely continue supporting your location and next time, we’ll order directly!

brand new russo just opened and everything was great! came during lunch and even had a lunch special. big pizza slice and a salad for 12.95. when u fine in they give bread and olive oil and was delish. they had others as well. ordered the hot wings and crispy and yummy! will come back.

We have been regular customers of Russo’s Morton Ranch, but this experience was very disappointing.
Our pickup order (#44) was missing the chicken. I called the same day — no one answered. I also contacted Toast and emailed both Toast and Russo’s. Toast replied quickly, but Russo’s never responded to my email.
It’s frustrating to be ignored, especially as a loyal customer. If this situation is not resolved, unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.
Upd: problem solved! Thanks to the management

We had chicken Alfredo pasta which was pretty good. They do sell pizza by slice which is pretty convenient. Service was beyond amazing. Will definitely go back!

I went to Russos on Morton Ranch for lunch today and I have to say this is by far the best location I’ve been to. The employees care about their work and the quality of the restaurant as a whole.
I had their lunch special, a slice and a soup/salad for 12.95
I opted for the Caesar salad and a pepperoni slice. While I walked in moments prior to open, the food was fresh, hot, delicious and only took a few minutes. The pizza had a fluffy but thick and crispy crust. Cooked to perfection. And I was genuinely surprised by the Caesar. It was fresh, all Romain lettuce (as it should be) with just the right amount of dressing.

Party of 8, we ordered a lot of different dishes, couldnt decide which one was better, everything was just on point!!!! Great service and the ambiance is just great to hang out with family or friends.

My friends and i wanted to try this place. 8:57 pm on 1/16 we walked in. It looked dead but we said whatever we will still try. Get to the register. Red curly haired girl said “hi” followed by a “we close at 10”. We misheard and was confused and asked “ Yall close in 10 minutes ?” She said “no at 10.” Then my friend asked “So can we order ?” She said “yeah u can if u want to but we won’t get to clean because we have to leave RIGHT AT 10.” Etc etc … mind you right before we walked in she was sitting at a table against the wall u couldn’t see her from the outside where she was sitting with a group of friends .
My friend took it as she’s basically saying “Don’t eat here. We wanna leave on time.”
IT WAS A WHOLE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING.
We left. Walking out we noticed the sign light was off. No wonder it was empty. This was so unprofessional and terrible customer service.

I’m from chicago and they have the best pizza ever, however I’ve been looking for good pizza since I’ve moved here and finally find a spot i like. The pizze is freshly made and melt in your mouth. So now this is my go to Friday night go to for my movie night. The staff is nice so check them out.
