The young ladies were timely, however the one girl poured the chicken from the tossing bowl into the box and covered the fries. Then the other girl took the box and dropped it straight down into the bag. When I opened it this is the mess I got. I didn’t go back in and complain. I just want the young ladies to know that not everyone will accept this kind of service. I was gonna use the BBQ sauce for my fries but now they are cover on the garlic parmesan. Hopefully next time girls you handle someone’s food as if it was your own. I am sure you wouldn’t have wanted this.

What is so hard about adding the condiments I requested on multiple trips? What is so hard about a smile or thank you? What is the reason you work so slow? Just asking, not that I care since I wont be back. Used to like the Lordstown DQ but have had enough. Sorry for such high expectations.

Hours posted are incorrect. Doors were locked at 10:15. So including photo to show actual hours of operation. There is truck parking however don’t park in the rear where people are placing their orders with your engine running.
