Got a six piece tenders, okra for my side. Added a piece of catfish. The tenders were cooked to perfection. Crispy and tender, added the spicy salt and dipped in ranch.
The okra was good. Fresher would have been better. It’s 320pm in the afternoon. So sometimes this happens. Catfish was very good.
Vanessa was the person who helped me. She was attentive and made my order exactly as I asked her to. She deserves a raise.

I’ve been here quite a lot now and there’s only one guy a like there. I don’t know his name but he’s such a nice guy and always gets my order right! When he’s not there it’s almost everytime they get my order wrong! Today i went to get the kids something i always get the original tenders but today they gave me spicy ones and before getting my food the lady their said “everyone wants to come at the same time” in such an irritated and rude tone. That’s unprofessional and just seems like she doesn’t wanna be there at all so why be there? This isn’t the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong but when it’s for me i’m fine with spicy but for my kids they don’t like it. I went to tell her about it and when i did she just said “I’ll fix it” in an irritated tone! She took the whole bag back! That’s totally unprofessional and disgusting! I’m pretty sure i got the same bag and same plate back with just the tenders switched out! They should really do better it’s good take out food.

This place is always fantastic! If you don’t mind a little kick or love a lotta kick, definitely try the Lotta zing seasoning. It’s absolutely phenomenal! The spicy chicken strips are legendary!

Food was decent, but the service sucks! They were rude and when we needed help they were busy playing on their phones. I asked for bbq sauce instead of salad dressing and was charged for it. We also were given ice cream cones to get the free ice cream. It smelled like rotten milk! I told the girl the ice cream was bad. She said that it hasn’t been working. I asked why she gave me cones and she told me that she wanted us to check it and see.

Came there at 8:15 pm and was closed? It states 9 pm for closing time on the door doesn’t it? We order 6 wicked wings and got 3 plain wings. I called them and asked for a refund because I was not going to drive all the way there but they refused and kept asking me to drive.

It’s fast food chicken at its best. This location always gets my order right, food is always fresh and hot. I like to order original, then ask for the spicy seasoning packet on the side. This way I can only blame myself, if I over season it and burn myself up. Also gravy for dipping is kind of magical.
