I have never had a bad experience with a Papa John’s pizza or bits until today. The sauce was not prepped like is supposed to be with Italian seasoning basil and Oregano. The sauce tasted like all the others bland.
Jalapeño bits were more like a little cheese and sauce and oh yeah we forgot to add the jalapeños so we will just throw them in.
Then I get a door dasher to deliver my order for 5 minutes I explain to him there was to be a Pepsi with it and he tells me that they never gave it to him. I even pointed it out on his order o. His phone that there was to be one.
So I call the store talked to the manager I think and explain to her m what happened and he was like well not my fault what do you want me to refund your money for the drink or what. I said yes please. The respond I got was well it’s going to take 2-3 days to get that back. That’s fine with me.
I do know I will not order from here again or even a carry out either.
Also as you can tell there was not even no Red tape seal on either. So how do I even know the door dasher didn’t tamper it. As he spoke and didn’t understand any English what’s so ever. We had to use Google Translate just to even communicate about the issue.

I’m used to ordering this place late night, they mess up one or two details usually, whatever, my bad for ordering so late I guess. but tonight I received…. A half way cooked doughy mass of cheese? It was not pizza, it was practically liquid. I ate half of it because I was starving and it was disgusting. Might be the worst food I ever paid for, and I paid $20 for a pie that was not a pie. Pictured is the received product after I tried to recook it (didn’t work, was basically still a liquid mass other than the outer crust)

I ordered a large pizza well done, garlic knots, jalapeno bites and drinks for the no contact delivery. Delivery was close to being on schedule. I opened the door my boxes were left directly on the ground without the advertised buffer and drinks were missing. I took the boxes inside and noticed all 3 were missing the garunteed “seal”. I opened the boxes to find none of my sauces were correct my pizza was not cooked to order and my garlic knots looked half empty. Wow I guess at least they got the topping right. I consider this a 100% fail if you couldn’t get the 4 things I purchased right. I called the store immediately and I know it was close to closing time when I called the store but no one picked up. Really disappointed guys. Looks like I’ll be only ording from the location by my place. You really ruined an evening at my families.

Was the best pizza experience I’ve had in a long time, the bigger gentleman who seemed to be the night manager should be given a raise with how good of customer service may not be the closest shop to magna but will be my preferred shop for as long as I’m in salt lake.

So I ordered food from them yesterday picked it up got home we discovered that food was burnt! Called to complain they wand us to bring it back. we didn’t want to drive back over there. They say they would refund the money, but it would take a few days before it was back on card. Not sure we will be ordering from this location again!

I came in tonight and ‘The Jacob’s’ took care of me! (Both guys were named Jacob). They were so great, the front Jacob was super kind, goes out of his way to take care of the customers. The back Jacob was super friendly and I’m assuming he’s the one who made the pizzas?! (Which were perfect). Anyway; they just made me smile and I appreciated them so much. Thank you Jacob’s! I appreciate you guys!

I ordered Papa John’s for my family, the driver could not find my address or spoke English so I didn’t know how to communicate. I called the store and expressed how my apartment complex has 6 entrances, the driver told me to come to the door, very confusing then was told to meet at Taco Bell for my order? I asked for the manager and was immediately hung up on. I called again and he answered like your grandpa would “hello” no mention of the business then hung up on. I called a 3rd time and asked why he was acting that way and for a manager. He told me I was in the wrong and hung up again. Whoever was working tonight needs to be spoken too, not trying to end someone’s job over a pizza but very discouraged for future business. Been ordering Papa John’s for years, sucks to have someone who doesn’t give a shit about his job ruin the name.

I usually get my orders from the location on 5400 S, off of Redwood Rd. I honestly do not know how I managed to get this location! The calzones were burnt!!!! They ended up in the trash! The pizza was ok. I will pay better attention to the lication next time I order!
