Really cool atmosphere. The food was good but much spicier than we anticipated. Our server didn’t mention it being spicy and everything was over the top spicy. Chips and salsa were amazing as was the queso. The ribeye tacos were the spiciest thing we had.

Wow!! This was such a delight! This was like the best restaurants in Chicago…the vibes, the food, the experience! So exciting to find in Sioux Falls! I am not joking that this was the best taco I’ve had in my life. It’s so great when a restaurant’s vibes is just as excellent as its food. Russel the server had spot on recommendations and really made our experience that much more special.

My girlfriend and I went to Dahlia Kitchen & Bar for their New Year’s celebration, and we had an absolute blast! The entire experience was fantastic, the food was really good, the service was excellent, and their manager Brooke stopped by our table a couple times to make sure everything was perfect—which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated.

They had a great DJ and a New Year’s party after dinner, and the energy was amazing. Everyone was out on the dance floor having a great time. I had been to Dahlia a couple months after they first opened, and this experience was completely different—in the best way possible. They’ve really dialed everything in. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We came into Dahlia last night just to try the new chicken wings. HANDS DOWN the best chicken wings I have ever had! Absolutely amazing item and I will be destroyed if they don’t keep them on the menu for good! Great atmosphere, the staff are always so friendly, and Malachi is somehow always our bartender! He’s amazing as well and makes a great “invisible”. Love this place and recommend it to everyone! A fun spin on different items and I would love to see their continued innovation in their menu. CORY – KEEP THE WINGS!

My recent visit to Dahlia Kitchen and Bar was outstanding; I enjoyed the Fish Tacos, mango salsa, Chips Salsa & Queso, and Jalapeño margarita. The freshness of the fish and salsa was notable. The atmosphere and service received a perfect 10 out of 10. I am grateful for the recommendations that prompted my visit. (Side of mango salsa)

Side note the atmosphere is gorgeous. Regardless if you want to eat inside or outside, the options are beautiful. The patio did have fans during the heat. Inside they have beautiful booths and decor.

There’s so many places to walk around down there a lot of times they have free music or concerts down there around that area for you to hang out. there’s also a park and spray park down the way.

This was our third visit to Dahlia’s downtown Sioux Falls, and unfortunately the food has been consistently disappointing.

The first time we came, the service was great but the food was horrible. We ordered chicken taquitos that were extremely burnt and not good at all. We decided to give it another chance, but the second visit was the same experience.

Our visit tonight was our most recent. We thought the rice was extremely salty, the tacos were unflavorful, and the shrimp taco was served cold. Our friends who were with us felt the same way about the food quality.

My wife and I shared a taco platter, had three margaritas and one Michelob Ultra, and the bill was $68. For that price, the food quality should be much better.

The service has always been good and the staff has been friendly every time. However, after three visits with poor food quality, it is hard to want to come back. I say this wholeheartedly. The food just is not good.

I have nachos all over sioux falls, I look for the best and arguably these are the best. The service is always very attentive and friendly. If you want great food and a pleasant meal, you must try this restaurant

Amazing atmosphere. The Sioux Steel district positions Sioux Falls to retain its position as one of the best growing cities in America. Dahlias is right in the heart of the Sioux Steel district.

Atmosphere was open, modern, warm, and friendly. Service was exceptional from greeting to departure.

My ancho steak tacos were wayyy too spicy for me but I’m a pansy so don’t take that with a grain of salt. Chips were hot and fresh and margs went down easy.

Highly recommend!

The servers are very sweet & cute – but honestly the food is not good – flavorless. The chips are thick and have no salt on them – the salsa is more like a paste. We tried to order some of their popular dishes but we were told the meat isnt done, out of certain fish, etc. The location is fun & it’s a cool looking place. But for real Mexican food… go to Los Pasianos or Azteca. I really wanted to like this but the food is just not it.

I have been to Dahlia twice now, the queso is amazing and has me wanting to come back for more!
The food is great, very flavorable but not spicy (which I prefer). I had the romaine wedge salad which was good, but challenging to eat as the leaves are served whole and spread out on a plate.
The second time there, several menu items were out. Our server, Andrew, was upfront about this and offered alternatives to what we were wanting. Great service!
