I’m order for Uber eats cause
I was eager to eat a Burger King cheeseburger and ordered an extra chicken sandwich. When I tried to bite into the chicken sandwich, I opened the bun and the chicken was completely burnt and super tough. I ordered my cheeseburgers without mustard or pickles, and they didn’t care. They put what I didn’t order on them. In short, the food was totally crap.

My burgerking order was so delicious, the employee Joshua gave really good service and showed me top quality customer service. The food was made neatly, done right, and cooked to perfection. I am definitely going back to this restaurant, it stands out so well!

Kat took my order very nicely and then when I got to the window her attitude changed when I paid with ebt. When I asked for salsa she ignored me and shut the window I stayed until she came back and ask her again. Then to my surprise she literally threw the salsa at my car. She needs to be reviewed as an employee. And maybe some customer service skills. I will no longer come to this location in the morning.

I went around 7:am to buy pancakes and sausage first time going there. They only had two employees the cook on the back and the cashier/clerk . I waited a long time for service the woman saw me and kept helping the Drive thru. She approached me to take my order no greeting with a facial expression of angry saying: I’m with the Drive thru, I gave her my order and She didn’t let me finish charged me and waked-away. I waited again a long time to get my order . I told her I wanted Pancake platter She only gave me pancakes, didn’t offered to changed my order or add sausage and charge me. Never apologized or say thank you.
She was very rude, unpolite and discourteous. With that attitude,She should not be around people! With that bad service Will never go back!

Went in yesterday around 6:30pm, both cashiers were very friendly and nice, food was fresh and the wait time was not long! Back to the cashiers, names were Alison and Diana I believe, probably the best service experience I have had in fast food. I ordered a whopper combo and the food was extremely fresh, fries were hot, and burger was amazing.

It has been so long since I have come here. The fiery crispy chicken burger was good. The fries were good. I like the fact that the medium-sized paper cups for the fries seem small and a little bit in quantity. The less food, the better for me. . I really do not need a lot. I get satisfied with just enough. Perfect for a quick lunch break.

I went to this BK on 9/29/25
(1 star for food) I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and they put some smashed up tomatoes that tasted like they were expired for awhile and ended up throwing away both sandwiches.
(1 star service) For the reason who I assume is the manager there*some short chola looking girl* just gave some stuck up attitude and rushed me to order something already because “she was busy” even though there was nobody else and no one in the drive thru.
